According to the United Nations judging standards for population aging countries(the elderly population accounts for 7%),China entered an aging society as early as 2000;it is expected that by 2030,the proportion of the elderly population in China over 60 will exceed 25%.For our country will enter the age of deep ageing.In 2050 our country's elderly population aged over 60 will reach its peak,33.3% of the total population,then our country will enter a severe aging stage.At the same time,the current supply of medical pension resources in China is in short supply,and the effects of the two-child policy and the delayed retirement policy have not been significant.Such a severe pension situation has brought a heavy burden on families and society.Therefore,this paper uses the emerging technology to design a home care service model that can improve the utilization rate of medical care resources.It provides intelligent and accurate services for parents in China to reduce the burden on families,and provides a solution to the problem of population aging and empty nesting in China Plan,this topic has important strategic significance.First of all,this research proposes a business operation model based on multi-party participation and sharing of medical pension resources based on the current difficulties faced by home pension services.Define the role of participation in the service model,design the information flow of the service model,the overall logic and the specific implementation process of the service,and complete the construction of the integrated medical and nursing service model.At the same time,this research establishes a vital sign monitoring in combination by the IoT technology,the use of IoT devices and data collection methods are clarified,and a database storage mode is designed.It will lay the foundation for the subsequent intelligent design of home care based on the Internet of Things technology,and improve the quality and efficiency of services.Secondly,this research processes the physical data that can be collected by IoT devices and screens out the important factors that affect heart attacks,and establishes a single classifier and an integrated classifier to predict the incidence of heart disease.It is concluded that the classification effect of the CART decision tree is better than that of the SVM under a complex indicator set.The boosting integration algorithm improves the prediction performance of a single classifier better than the Bagging algorithm.And the Stacking algorithm with the advantages of multiple strong learners has the highest classification accuracy,the smallest error,and the best stability.Based on this,a health warning mechanism was built,and the important services of the smart home care model based on the Internet of Things technology were completely designed and implemented.Finally,this research implements some functions of the service model through the web server and mobile APP.In view of the unresolved problems in the implementation of smart home care services,specific service guarantee measures are provided from four aspects: strengthening talent team building,standardizing the service quality evaluation system,expanding funding channels,and increasing publicity efforts to improve service.
