OBJECTIVE1.Know more about the experience and needs of patients and their families in humanistic nursing care,so as to provide reference basis for formulating the construction standard of humanistic nursing care demonstration ward;2.Formulate scientific and feasible norms for the construction of humanistic nursing care demonstration ward(hereinafter referred to as "Norms");3.Evaluate the expected effect and feasibility of clinical application of the"Norms".METHODS1.Using qualitative research method,25 patients and family members(12 patients,13 family members)was purposively sampled in a top three hospital for semi-structured interviews to understand the experience and needs of patients and their families in humanistic nursing care, and analyze the current status of humanistic nursing practice in top three hospitals to find out the problems that need improvement.2.Based on Maslow's hierarchy theory of basic needs and Watson's theory of human nature care as the theoretical basis, combined with the results of previous qualitative research and literature analysis, the "Norms" was preliminary drafted. The content of the "Norms" was perfect through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation. And the content index weights were determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Furthermore,a scientific and feasible specifications for the construction of humane care wards was initially formulated3.Using qualitative research method,19 clinical nurses was purposively sampled in 3 top three hospitals for semi-structured interviews in order to learn about the nurses' recognition of the "Norms".Moreover, explored the expected value and influencing factors of the application of the "Norms" in clinic, and analyzed the feasibility of the trial implementation of the "Norms".RESULTS1.Five themes were extracted from the needs and experience of patients and their families in humanistic care:service attitude, professional ability,nurse-patient communication, environmental construction, and nursing process of seeking medical treatment.2.The construction standard of humanistic nursing care demonstration ward has been preliminarily established.A total of 25 experts participated in the study. The effective recovery rates of the 2 rounds of Delphi consultation questionnaires were 92.59%and 96%;the authoritative coefficients were 0.888 and 0.881 respectively; The Kendall harmony coefficients of the necessity, rationality and feasibility of the first round consultation indexes were respectively 0.345,0.392 and 0.257(P<0.01),and the Kendall harmony coefficients of the second round consultation indexes were respectively 0.541,0.401 and 0.381(P<0.01).The final "Norms" include:the main goals(2 indicators),the humanistic nursing practice guidelines(5 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,55 third-level indicators),humanistic nursing practice assessment(2 first-level indicators,4 second-level indicators,11 third-level indicators).3.Three themes were extracted from the feasibility analysis of the "Norms":Nurses' high recognition of the "Norms",Higher clinical application value of the"Norms",Influencing factors of clinical implementation of the "Norms".CONCLUSION1.This study comprehensively used the methods of literature research, qualitative research,Delphi consultation and Analytic hierarchy process to formulate the "Norms".The construction process is scientific, the content setting is reasonable, the indexes are specific and feasible, which have a certain degree of science and reliability.2.The "Norms" have high clinical application value and feasibility, but there are still some obstacles to be overcome in its application. The "Norms" can be studied theoretically and empirically to further test its scientific nature and feasibility, and constantly adjust and perfect the "Norms".
