The Path Of Cultivating Medical Professionalism From The Perspective Of Psychological Contract

With the development of social economy,the demand for medical services in China is increasing day by day,which puts forward higher requirements for the professionalism of doctors.However,the current medical professionalism in China is not optimistic,and the relevant research literature has shown to a certain extent that medical professionalism in China is generally poor.Professionalism has the characteristics of a psychological contract: subjective,dynamic,and uncertain.It is closely related to the profession of doctors.The psychological contract is often the high social requirements for personal behavior,and it has the function of making up for those detailed and clear terms.Based on this,this article takes the medical professionalism as the research focus,uses the scale of professionalism of physicians and the psychological contract scale according to relevant literature as measurement tools,1564 medical personnel surveyed by a hospital in Z city as a sample.Correlation analysis and other statistical methods,and analyze the current medical professional overall medical professionalism,the correlation between medical professionalism and psychological contract,regression equation of each dimension.On this basis,discussing the relevant measures and strategies to enhance the medical professionalism.The statistical results show that the total score of physician professionalism is 4.21 points,of which the lowest score of dimension is only 3.99 points;the total score of psychological contract is 3.71 points,and the lowest score of standardized psychological contract is only 3.64 points.There is a significant positive correlation between each dimension of the psychological contract and each dimension and total score of medical professionalism.The regress equations for the different dimensions of medical professionalism are: Equality and kindness = 2.780 + 0.128 * normative type + 0.254 * interpersonal type + 0.097 * safe type;Patient first = 2.442 + 0.148 * normative type + 0.180 * interpersonal type + 0.073 * safe type;Sincere and trustworthy = 2.876 + 0.295 * interpersonal type + 0.139 * safe type;Diligent and cautious = 2.811 + 0.139 * normative type + 0.308 * interpersonal type + 0.099 * safe type;Honest and public service = 2.365 + 0.137 * normative type + 0.325 * interpersonal type;Life-long learning = 2.869 + 0.141 * normative type + 0.321 * interpersonal type + 0.165 * developmental type + 0.152 * safe type.According to the above empirical analysis results,this paper proposes measures for the cultivation of physicians’ professionalism from the perspective of medical staff’s normative,interpersonal,developmental and safe psychological contracts: to ensure the economic foundation and material interests of medical staff,and to improve the income security of medical staff System;provide medical staff with a harmonious working atmosphere,strengthen humanistic care,and develop together with the hospital;expand the career development space of medical staff,accumulate satisfaction and sense of achievement,and provide them with opportunities for career development;create safer practices Environment,strengthen the occupational safety protection of medical personnel,and ensure the personal safety of medical personnel.
