Clinical Study Of Yinchenerling Decoction On Subacute Eczema Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Accumulation Type

ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy,safety and recurrence of Yinchenerling Decoction in the treatment of subacute eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,and to evaluate its efficacy in improving skin lesions,itching symptoms and quality of life of patients,so as to provide a simple,effective,safe and reliable treatment plan for eczema patients,and to provide a certain scientific basis for the further study of Yinchen Erling decoction.MethodsIn strict accordance with the inclusion criteria,72 eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,including 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group.In the treatment group,Yinchenerling Decoction was orally taken,while in the control group,loratadine tablet was orally taken,and both groups were externally used Sanhuafeiyang Solution,a preparation of Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Continuous medication for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.Every 2 weeks the patients return visit.Before and after the treatment doctors record data and statistical clinical efficacy.Before and after treatment,the main outcome measures were EASI,VAS and DLQI.During the treatment,adverse reactions of the patients is observed.We recorded the symptoms,severity of the adverse reactions,and the time of they occur.Besides,the correlation with the treatment and medication,and the measures of dealing and outcomes were also recorded.After the course of treatment,the patients were followed up for 6 weeks,and finally the number of patients with skin lesions recurrence was counted.ResultsTwo of the 72 cases in the study group fell off.Finally,70 patients insisted on completing the study,including 36 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%,which was significantly better than that of the control group after four weeks treatment.(p<0.05)The effective rate of the control group was 77.78%.(2)ALL the EASI scores,VAS scores and DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment after the treatment(p<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had more significant improvement(p<0.05).(3)There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups during observation.(4)After 6 weeks follow-up,2 cases recurred in 9 patients who was recovered of the treatment group.At the same time,3 cases recurred in 5 patients of the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Their difference was no significant.ConclusionThe therapeutic effect of Yinchenerling Decoction on subacute eczema of spleen asthenia and dampness type is worthy of affirmation.In this study,after treatment,each index of the two groups is significantly improved.The therapeutic effect of Yinchenerling decoction is better than that of loratadine control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,EASI score,VAS score of pruritus degree and DLQI score of the patients in the treatment group are significantly lower than those in the control group.No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.In this study,the recurrence rate of the treatment group is lower than that of the control group.But the difference is not significant.Considering that the sample size of clinical recovery is too small,it is impossible to get an accurate comparison of recurrence.To sum up,Yinchenerling decoction has a definite therapeutic effect and a good safety in the treatment of subacute eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical.
