Clinical Observation Of Temperature By Dampness Decoction In Treating Spleen Deficiency Wefness Eczema

Objective:Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of Wen Jing drying dampness Decoction in treating eczema due to spleen deficiency and Dampness Retention.Methods:From February 2017 to February2018,90 patients with spleen deficiency dampness eczema were selected from the department of dermatology,the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese Medicine,which were selected in the department of dermatology.The treatment group and the control group were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was 45 cases,giving the outpatient herbal medicine soup warm meridian dampness soup mouth the decoction of the first hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine was decocted by the decoction of the decocting room of the first hospital of Heilongjiang university of Chinese Medicine,one medicine was decocted into 300 ml,150ml/bags,each one was taken each time after meals in the morning and evening.45 cases in the control group were given the Chinese patent medicine Baizhu pill(Beijing Tongren Tang Pharmaceutical coltd approval number:national medicine quasi word Z11020947)for oral treatment.Take the medicine:orally.6 grams one time,3 times a day.the two groups were given bout ointment(manufacturer:Shenyang antibiotic factory,approval number:H20030188)for external use.Usage:for external use,adults apply to the affected area at appropriate time,2 times a day.the total course of treatment was 28 days,and the results were compared between fourteenth days and twenty-eighth days.Result:1.After clinical observation,the total effective treatment group was 88.10%,the control group was 75.61%,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment,the EASI score,itching points and total symptom scores were significantly decreased.Statistically,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Wen Jing drying dampness decoction can reduce the EASI score of the spleen asthenia damp retention type eczema,and can significantly improve the itching symptoms of the patients.2.Wen Jing drying dampness decoction is a safe and effective prescription for treating eczema due to spleen deficiency and Dampness Retention.
