The Clinical Observation On Treating Subacute Eczema Of Speen Deficiency And Dampness Type By The Jianpilishizhiyang Fang

Objective:To observe clinacal efficacy for treating Subacute Eczema of SpleenDeficiency and Dampness Type by the Jianpilishizhiyangfang,explore the therapymechanism of the Jianpilishizhiyangfang in Treating Subacute Eczema of SpleenDeficiency and Dampness Type. Methods: We collected56outpatients of SubacuteEczema from2013July to2013November. We prescribed the Jianpilishizhiyangfang for28cases as the treating group. The control group contains28cases, prescribed withMizolastine Sustained Release Tablets and Kushenpian. Treat for6Weeks and inquire for1month to observe the relapse and reverse reaction. Results: Through the clinical study, wecan see that the therapy of the Jianpilishizhiyangfang could improve the EASI score, thedegree of itching,Syndrome of traditional Chinese Medicine, diminution the relapse rate,.The effective rate of the treating group is92.86%, which is significantly superior to that ofthe control group (71.43%, P<0.05).Conclusion: Treating Subacute Eczema of SpleenDeficiency and Dampness Type by the Jianpilishizhiyangfang has reliableefficacy.Antiinflammatory and anti pathogenic microorganism and relieve itching anddiuretic activity and regulation of the immune and antianaphylaxis may be its mechanism.
