| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shiyangning in treating eczema(Spleen deficiency with dampness accumuation)Methods:80 cases of eczema patients were selected as the study subjects,and the cases were all from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of TCM Guoyi Tang dermatology,from February 2017 to January 2018.80 patients with sores were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.In the actual study,the treatment group completed 35 cases and the control group completed 37 cases,of which 8 cases fell off during observation.The treatment group was given oral Chinese herbal decoctionShiyangning,daily dose,2 times a day.The control group was given oral epidoxine hydrochloride capsules,2 capsules/time,once daily.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.EASI scores,itch scores,and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment,at 2 weeks,and at 4 weeks after treatment in both groups.SPSS18.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the differences between the two groups to determine Shiyingning clinical efficacy in the treatment of eczema(Spleen deficiency with dampness accumuation).Result:1.After 2 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and control group were compared with their respective groups of EASI integral,itching degree integral,all have significant difference(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and control group of EASI integral,itching degree,there are significant differences(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate was 88.57%in the treatment group and 72.79%in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shiyangning is an effective formula for treating eczema(Spleen deficiency with dampness accumuation).2.Shiyangning is more effective than Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules in treating eczema... |
