Clinical Effect Observation Of Jiawei Wulingsan In Treating Chronic Eczema With Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Accumulation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei wulingsan in the treatment of chronic eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,to explore its effectiveness in improving the symptoms of chronic eczema of this syndrome,and to evaluate its safety and recurrence rate.Methods: 70 patients with chronic eczema of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group,of which the treatment group was given oral Jiawei Wulingsan;the control group was given oral Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets treatment.Both groups cooperated with fire needle external treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the patients' skin lesion area and severity score,itching degree score,DLQI score and serum total Ig E value were recorded and analyzed statistically before and after treatment.The curative effect,adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:1.Comparison of basic information:Of the 70 subjects included this time,3cases fell out of the control group and 2 cases fell out of the treatment group.The final number of cases completed as required was 65 cases.After statistical tests,we can see that the two groups are comparable in age,gender,and course of disease(P> 0.05).2.Comparison of clinical observation results:2.1 After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.75%.The difference in treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant,and the treatment group was more excellent(P <0.05).2.2 After the course of treatment,the EASI score,pruritus score,DLQI score,TCM symptom score,and serum total Ig E level of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,with statistical significance(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pruritus score,DLQI score and serum total Ig E level between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05);after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups in EASI score and TCM syndrome score Statistical significance(P <0.05).2.3 The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment:6.06% in the treatment group and 25.0% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.4The results of follow-up 3 months after the end of the treatment course:The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 10.34% and40.91%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Jiawei wulingsan has a definite curative effect on chronic eczema with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation.It can significantly improve the area and severity of patients' skin lesions,and has advantages over Western medicine group in controlling the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.
