Research backgroundDeepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities is an urgent need for the country to implement the innovation driven development strategy and promote the upgrading of economic quality and efficiency.It is an important measure to promote the comprehensive reform of higher education and promote the high-quality entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates.It is an important content for colleges and universities to improve the quality of talent training,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality and competency of college students,and strengthen the construction of high-level universities.With the further promotion of the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,the cultivation of innovative medical talents has become the need of current affairs.Literature research shows that the implementation of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" policy has achieved certain results in the practice and education of innovation and entrepreneurship in Colleges and universities.Domestic scholars have also carried out relevant research from multiple perspectives and made some progress.At present,there is little research on innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and there is no research on the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship competency of students in higher Chinese medicine colleges and universities focusing on the practice of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education in higher Chinese medicine education from the perspective of College students’ competency.Research objectiveFocusing on the topic of "Research on the competency characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talents",this study focuses on the competency of innovative and entrepreneurial talents through grounded theory research methods.Taking the excellent innovation and entrepreneurship team of University B as the research object,it plans to sort out the characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of higher traditional Chinese medicine,construct a theoretical model of the competency characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and analyze the problems existing in the current innovation and entrepreneurship education of medical students,Pay attention to the special role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher medical education,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and students’ career planning in the future,and provide theoretical support and reference for promoting the career development of traditional Chinese medicine students and the cultivation of innovative talents.Research methodThis study uses the literature research method,qualitative research interview method and grounded theory research method,through consulting the relevant literature,constructs the pre interview outline,conducts in-depth interviews with the excellent entrepreneurship team of University B as the research object,and carries out three-level coding of the interview data of the heads of 85 excellent innovation and Entrepreneurship teams,including open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,to build a theoretical model of the competency characteristics of higher traditional Chinese medicine innovation and entrepreneurship talents,To explore the education path of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and put forward targeted optimization suggestions.Research resultsIn this study,85 interviewees were interviewed,forming 56 hours and 220000 words of interview materials.According to the grounded theory coding process,1195 original sentences and initial concepts were formed in the open coding stage,and 125 concept categories such as realizing self-worth were obtained.In the spindle coding stage,20 main categories such as achievement motivation are obtained through sorting and aggregation.In the selective coding stage,20 main categories and corresponding subcategories of 3 core categories such as innovation and entrepreneurship characteristics are condensed.Through theoretical saturation test and validity test,the research results reached theoretical saturation and had high validity.Research conclusionThis study constructed a theoretical model of the competency characteristics of higher Chinese medicine innovation and entrepreneurship talents with 20 main categories in three dimensions of "innovation and entrepreneurship matrix","innovation and entrepreneurship potential" and "innovation and entrepreneurship characteristics".It is pointed out that the innovation and entrepreneurship matrix is the inheritance of higher TCM innovation and entrepreneurship talents,the innovation and entrepreneurship potential is the innovation base of higher TCM innovation and entrepreneurship talents,and the innovation and entrepreneurship characteristics are the source of the development of higher TCM innovation and entrepreneurship talents.This paper puts forward suggestions on the cultivation path of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of higher traditional Chinese medicine based on"integration of professional and creative talents,CO creation of teachers and students,and project implementation".
