The Clinical Research Of Buyang Huanwu Prescription In Treating Qi Deficiency Xue Stasis Type Diabetic Lower Limbs Arteriosclerosis Occlusion

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu prescription combined with western medicines in treating Qi deficiency Xue stasis type DLASO,Then offering the significant thinking and direction for the clinical treatment in future.Methods:60 patients who suffered from DLASO were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients.All the patients have a basic education about diabetes mellitus.Then,the control group was treated by decreasing the blood glucose and adjusting the blood fat;On the basis of control group’s treatment,the treatment group combined with the Buyang Huanwu prescription,12 weeks later,We observe the change of time to improve the degree of the lower limbs’ pain,TCM syndrome integral,claudication index,blood fat,fibrinogen and blood glucose,Hb A1 c between the treatment group and control group.Results:1.The treatment group’s clinical efficacy was obvious by the Buyang Huanwu prescription combined with western medicines,the total effective rate was93.3%,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.In the comparison of time to improve the degree of the lower limbs’ pain,claudication index,the TCM syndrome integral,the treatment group’s results were better than the control group,and had a statistically significant difference.Two groups’ result about the TC,TG,LDL-C and Fib after treatment were significantly decreased(p<0.05);The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(p<0.05);Both of all could improve the level of HDL-C before and after treatment(p<0.05),There was no statisticallysignificant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu prescription combined with western medicines in treating Qi deficiency Xue stasis type DLASO has a better effect,the total effective rate was93.3%,which can obviously improve patients’ systemic symptom,especially the improvement of lower limbs’ pain in half a month.After the treatment,the claudication index was better than the control group;Buyang Huanwu prescription combined with western medicines could reduce the TC,TG,LDL-C,Fib,and increase the HDL-C,which has a good safety and there was no adverse reactions during the treatment.
