Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In DPN (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis) Curative Effect Clinical Studies

Objective:By observing Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in DPN curative effect,explore the mechanism of action and the advantages of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:60 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into the treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The former was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture,and the latter was given Mecobalamin.After a period of treatment which lasts 8 weeks which includes 2 weeks, get the observation and statistical analysis which includes TCM symptom scores,neurological signs scores and NCV that before and after the treatment.Results: After treatment,in TCM symptom scores,neurological signs scores and NCV,two groups were improved, and the effective rate in the treatment group was 80.00%,and it was 53.33% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms, neurological signs and the improvement of NCV(P<0.05).Safety index was not seen before and after treatment.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in DPN(qi deficiency and blood stasis)has high safety and better efficacy, showing the advantages of medicine combined with acupuncture fully.It can be in-depth study in the future.
