Clinical Observation On Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Purpose:This topic mainly through the observation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,to provide the basis for clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2019 to November 2019,60 DPN patients were selected from the endocrine ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine,who met the inclusion criteria of this clinical study,30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group,who were treated with diabetes education,diet,exercise and hypoglycemic treatment in the basic treatment;the patients in the control group were treated with lipoic acid inj ection 0.6 in combination with basic treatment,once a day;one Mecobalamin tablet,three times a day The treatment group was treated with Acupuncture plus Buy ang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 14 days.After the treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity and Toronto score before and after treatment were analyzed.Results:1.TCM syndrome score and TCM syndrome efficacy:after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the effective rate of TCM syndrome integral,the treatment group(93.33%)was better than the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Nerve conduction velocity:after treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically signi ficant(P< 0.05),and the nerve conduction velocity of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In the as pect of Toronto score: aft er treatment,the two group s' Toronto sco re was lower than before treatment,the difference was stat ist icall y signi ficant(P < 0.05),and the treat ment gro up's Toronto score was lower than the co nt rol group,the difference was stat istically significant(P< 0.05)Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with acupuncture in the treatment of DPN patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasishas significant clinical efficacy and high clinical effective rate.It can reduce TCM syndrome score,improv enerve conduction velocity and reduce Toronto score,which is better than western medicine alone.
