Clinical Study Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction And Zhuangdu Decoction In Treating Paralysis Of Diabetes(Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:Through clinical observation of the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment and the Toronto clinical score of patients with paralysis of diabetes by clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore its clinical effect on diabetic patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and stasis and peripheral neuropathy,in order to further use Chinese medicine to treat qi deficiency and blood stasis Provide clinical basis for patients with paralysis of diabetes.Through clinical observation of the comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment of diabetic paralysis patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Toronto clinical scores,explore its clinical efficacy in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetic paralysis,to provide further application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of diabetic paralysis.Methods:First select 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic paralysis.The patients must meet the inclusion criteria.Then randomly divide them into treatment group and control group.There were 30 cases in each group.On the basis of lifestyle intervention and basic hypoglycemic therapy,the control group was treated with oral methylcobalamin tablets;the treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Zhuangdu Tang decoction.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the Toronto clinical score,10 g single nylon silk foot examination score,visual analogue pain score,total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin A1 c,glycated hemoglobin,blood routine,liver and kidney function related indicators before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,the differences between the baseline data of the gender,age,body mass index,and diabetes course were not statistically significant.The baseline data were clinically comparable.The comparison results of the observation indicators are as follows:1.TCSS score: After treatment,the TCSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).It is suggested that both groups can effectively improve the patients' neurological symptoms and signs.2.10 g single nylon silk foot examination score: After treatment,the 10 g nylon silk foot examination score was lower than before(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05).It is suggested that both groups can reduce the foot examination score of 10 g nylon silk and effectively improve the sensitivity of the foot to touch.3.Visual analogue pain score: After treatment,the visual pain simulation score of both groups was significantly lower than before(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P> 0.05).It indicates that the scoresof the two groups of patients are significantly reduced,and the pain symptoms are significantly improved.4.The total score of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);there was no statistically difference between the groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and there was a difference between the groups after treatment There is statistical significance(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups can reduce the TCM symptom score,but the treatment group is better than the control group,indicating that Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Zhuangdu Decoction are more effective in improving the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency and stasis type of diabetic peripheral neuropathy5.Sugar metabolism index: After treatment,FBG,PBG,Hb A1 c in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with before treatment,but there was no significant statistical significance(P> 0.05).6.In terms of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate in the treatment group is 100%,and the total effective rate in the control group is 86.67%.The treatment group is better than the control group,suggesting that the prescription of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Zhuangdu Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of spleen and kidney deficiency and stasis type as clinical efficacy.7.Safety index: 60 patients completed the test.No safety indicators related to clinical medication were found abnormal in both groups.Conclusion: Under the condition of routine hypoglycemic and health interventions,Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Zhuangdu Decoction in the treatment of paralysis of diabetes with spleen and kidney deficiency and stasis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,can not only improve sensory abnormality,waist and knee sore,fatigue,the symptoms of shortness of breath,but also improve the neurological symptoms and signs.It can provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of paralysis of diabetes with qi deficiency and blood stasis in safety.It worth further in-depth research and promotion.
