Effect Of Modified Buyang Huanwu Tang On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

? Objective ? To explore the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Tang in treating patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and to explore the safe and effective means of prevention and treatment of type2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.?Methods?Sixty patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology,Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(middle and western medicine group)and control group(simple western medicine group)Oral administration of mecobalamin tablets and Buyang Huanwu Tang,the control group oral administration of mecobalamin tablets,4 weeks for a course of treatment,observation of 3 courses,observation of the three routine examination,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions,the end of the comparative study blood rheology,TCM syndrome,TCSS points and other indicators.SPSS20.0 statistical software is used for data analysis.?Results?1.The plasma viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT,FIB and TCSS scores of the combined group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),compared with the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The combination of Chinese and western medicine group reduced the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,HCT,FIB and improved TCSS Integral aspects of efficacy is better than the simple Western medicine group.2.Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine group and Westernmedicine group after treatment of common peroneal nerve and median nerve conduction velocity were increased(P < 0.05),but the combination of Chinese and Western medicine group is superior to the western medicine group(P < 0.05).3.The efficacy of TCM,traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group total effectiveness 83.33%,western medicine group the total efficiency of 63.33%,combined Chinese and Western medicine group total efficiency is better than pure western medicine group(P < 0.01),improve limb pain,fatigue,shortness of breath,thirst,body temperature five symptom curative effect is better than pure the western medicine group(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the total effective rate of Chinese and Western medicine group was76.67%,the total effective rate of pure western medicine group was 60.00%.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the overall clinical efficacy is better than the simple Western medicine group(P < 0.05).?Conclusions?Buyang Huanwu Tang can effectively improve T2DM in patients with peripheral neuropathy of qi deficiency and blood stasis of blood rheology,Toronto integral,nerve conduction velocity and TCM syndrome,improve the clinical efficiency,is the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis T2DM peripheral neuropathy is safe and effective,especially has obvious therapeutic effect on patients with limb pain and tiredness fatigue,shortness of breath,thirst,body temperature symptoms,it has high value in clinical application.
