Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the disease.To explore the postoperative anxiety,depression,quality of life and its influencing factors in breast cancer patients,to explore the influence of social support on the quality of life,and to provide the basis for further improvement of prognosis and evaluation of quality of life.Method:423 patients with breast cancer after operation were investigated by general situation questionnaire,SAS,SDS,PSSS and Fact-B.The survey included:demographic characteristics,anxiety,depression,social support,quality of life and disease related information.The quality of life was described by(x ± s),the influence of anxiety and depression on quality of life was analyzed by person correlation and multiple regression.The mediating effect of social support between anxiety,depression and quality of life was analyzed by process plug-in.Result:Among the 423 patients surveyed,118 patients had anxiety,accounting for27.90%,and the average score was(41.44 ± 14.76),which was higher than that of the domestic norm(33.80 ± 5.90).Among them,67 were mild anxiety,accounting for15.8%;18 were moderate anxiety,accounting for 4.3%;33 were severe anxiety,accounting for 7.8%.142 patients had depression,accounting for 33.6%,the average score was(45.38 ± 13.82),which was higher than that of the domestic norm(41.88 ±10.57).Among them,63 patients with mild depression accounted for 14.9%;40patients with moderate depression,9.5%;39 patients with severe depression,accounting for 9.2%.The average score of social support was(64.19 ± 20.82),and the average score of quality of life was(98.06 ± 19.97).According to the person correlation,anxiety is negatively correlated with social support level and quality of life level,depression is negatively correlated with social support level and quality of life level,and anxiety is positively correlated with depression.The analysis of mediating effect showed that anxiety had negative effect on quality of life,decreased with the social support,depression had negative effect on quality of life,and decreased with the social support(P < 0.05).The differences of the factors such as marital status,family per capita monthly income and expenses on family,clinical stages,endocrine therapy,factors affecting quality of life,and surgical methods were statistically significant compared with the quality of life scores of breast cancer patients(P There was no significant difference in quality score(P > 0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that endocrine therapy,cost of family and factors affecting quality of life had the greatest influence on the quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation,among which endocrine therapy and cost had negative correlation with the quality of life.Conclusion1.the average score of anxiety and depression in 423 breast cancer patients was higher than that of the domestic norm,indicating that there were negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.2.anxiety was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life,depression was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life.3.social support plays a part of the mediating role in the anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery,that is,higher anxiety and depression level will directly affect the quality of life of patients on the one hand,on the other hand,it will indirectly affect the quality of life of patients through the role of social support level.4.the main factors influencing the quality of life of breast cancer patients were endocrine therapy,the influence of cost on family and the factors affecting the quality of life.Conclusion1.the average score of anxiety and depression in 423 breast cancer patients was higher than that of the domestic norm,indicating that there were negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.2.anxiety was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life,depression was negatively correlated with social support and quality of life.3.social support plays a part of the mediating role in the anxiety,depression and quality of life of patients after breast cancer surgery,that is,higher anxiety and depression level will directly affect the quality of life of patients on the one hand,on the other hand,it will indirectly affect the quality of life of patients through the role of social support level.4.the main factors influencing the quality of life of breast cancer patients were endocrine therapy,the influence of cost on family and the factors affecting the quality of life. |
