bladder instillation of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer.Through collaborative care intervention,it can reduce the negative emotions of bladder cancer patients with bladder cancer, enhance social support, and improve the quality of life, thus provides the basis for clinical nursing work.MethodsIn this study,80 patients who underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)in the Department of Urology of Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University from January 2017 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control group(n = 40)and test group(n = 40)according to the order of hospitalization.During the study, the control group lost 5 cases, and finally 35 patients completed the study.4 cases in the trial group were free from escaping, and finally 36 patients completed the study. In the control group, nursing was performed according to the traditional urology specialist care routine while the test group was superimposed on the former and used the coordinated care(CCM).The time of intervention was from 1 day before surgery to 3 months after surgery. The time of assessment was 1 day before surgery,1 week after surgery, and 3 months after operation.SAS,SDS,SSRS,and cancer were applied.Patients’ quality of life core scale(EORTC QLQ-C30)and non-muscular invasive bladder cancer patient specific quality of life scale(EORTC QLQ-BLS24)were evaluated.Results1.There was no significant difference in general data and disease-related data between the two groups(p > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups(p > 0.05)before the implementation of coordinated nursing intervention, after 1 and 3 months of intervention, the SAS scores in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(p < 0.05).Intra group comparative analysis shows the difference of SAS scores in the experimental group between 1 week after operation and 3 months after the operation and before operation were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of anxiety between the two groups(p > 0.05)before the implementation of collaborative care intervention, after the intervention was performed for one week and three months, the difference in the positive rate of anxiety between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra group comparative analysis shows the difference in positive rate of anxiety in the test group between 1 week and 3 months after operation and before operation was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the difference in the control group was also statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in SDS scores between the two groups(p > 0.05)before the implementation of collaborative care intervention;after 1 week and 3 months of intervention, the scores of SDS in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra group comparative analysis shows the SDS scores of the experimental group 1 week and 3 months after operation were all lower than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The SDS scores in the control group 1 week and 3 months after operation were all lower than those before operation, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of depression between the two groups(P > 0.05)before the implementation of cooperative nursing intervention, after 1 and 3 months of intervention, the positive rates of depression in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra group comparative analysis shows there was a statistically significant difference in the positive rate of depression between the 1 week and 3 months after operation and before operation(P < 0.05).The difference of the positive rate of depression between the control group 1 week and 3 months after operation and before operation was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.There was no significant difference in SSRS scores between the two groups(P > 0.05)before the implementation of cooperative nursing intervention, after one-week intervention, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the difference in the score of SSRS in two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Intra group comparison analysis shows there was no statistical difference between the 1 week after operation and before operation(P > 0.05),and the difference between the 3 months after operation and before operation was statistically significant(P < 0.05)There was no significant difference in SSRS score between 1 week and 3 months after operation and before operation in the control group(P > 0.05).7.There was no significant difference between the scores of the two groups of patients’ quality of life scale(P > 0.05)before the implementation of cooperative nursing intervention, after one-week the intervention, the difference in the scores of the quality of life of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in emotional function and cognitive function while there was no significant difference in other aspects between the two groups(P > 0.05).But after 3 months of intervention, except for physical function, the two groups had different changes in other indicators, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Compared with conventional care, the application of collaborative care intervention can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer bladder irrigation.2.Compared with conventional care, the application of collaborative care intervention can enhance the social support of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer patients with bladder irrigation.3.Compared with conventional care, the application of collaborative care intervention can improve the quality of life of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer patients with bladder irrigation. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Collaboration care model, Bladder irrigation, Anxiety, Depression, Social support, Quality of life | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
