Research On Medical Examination Cabin Of Chinese Urban Community Based On The Design Of Product Service System

Nowadays,the country has launched many health and medical policies year by year,which has attracted the attention of various social parties and communities.Due to the accelerated aging process of the population,the prevalence of various diseases and the increasing trend of sub-health population,urban hospitals are overcrowded and it is difficult to meet the needs of patients.Community residents are more and more concerned about health awareness,the demand for community medical services is also increasing,community medical examination has developed into a social problem.Although urban medical check-up services in continuous optimization and progress,but because the city medical institutions subject to save money and efficiency,the doctor-patient relationship nervous,such as the bondage of reality conditions,medical equipment and services to community health experience less input,the focus of medical and health services public hospital of a medical institution shall start to community health check-up.The purpose of this paper is to rationally design the product service design of urban community medical and health examination cabin through the method of product service system design.Shorten the physical examination time of urban community physical examination users,create a good medical examination atmosphere,facilitate urban community residents to better experience,and improve the efficiency of urban community physical examination users.Examples in documentary,questionnaire,interview method,etc,on the basis of focus on the following key issues: first,based on the theory of product service system design of the existing research results,in the study of city community medical health check-up,under the condition of considering product design services system factors,determine the urban community medical check-up module design.Second,how to systematize the product and service design of the physical examination cabin in Chinese urban communities,so as to reduce the queuing,reduce the cumbersome process,and accurate information of the examination report,etc.Third,how to use the expert database in the community physical examination cabin to establish the sense of trust in doctor-patient relationship to ensure the effectiveness of information exchange,and carry out appointment contact and active tracking services for later health management.This paper adopts literature research method,survey questionnaire method,customer interview method,case study method and interdisciplinary method and other research methods.Through the investigation and analysis of the community health examination,with the community health examination as the entry point of research,product design and service design are combined in design practice.This paper mainly focuses on the community medical and health examination through the product service system design theory.At present,there is little research background on the design of urban community health examination cabin in China.This paper reviews and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad.The method of product service system design was applied to the study of health examination of urban community residents.Through the method of questionnaire,interview method,case analysis,such as community medical income structure,education degree,the doctor-patient relationship,behavior patterns,such as bad experience and expectations in the process of investigating and analyzing problems,gives the urban community medical check-up design strategy of product service system,including design principles,system components,design evaluation quality standards,etc.,Then,the design strategy was applied to the product service system design practice of the medical examination cabin for urban community residents,including the specific design scheme of the product service system of the medical examination cabin for urban community residents.At the same time,more attention is paid to humanization in the product service design of urban community medical examination cabin.
