Service Design Of Community Health System In The Context Of The Epidmic

With the outbreak of the new crown epidemic around the world,community health and safety issues have become the focus of social attention.Many scholars and medical institutions have begun to study the role of community health system in community epidemic prevention,and have derived many community health management models and epidemic prevention products for epidemic prevention and control.However,these new models and products only blindly improve their functionality,and there is still insufficient service research on products and management models.Therefore,the author will use service design thinking methods and tools to reconstruct the community health system and epidemic prevention products,hoping to improve the efficiency of community prevention and control and improve the enthusiasm of community residents for epidemic prevention.Firstly,the importance of service design in project research is analyzed.As a design method and tool to improve user service experience and service efficiency,the reasonable use of service design thinking can enable residents to get a better experience in community health services.Secondly,the relevant theoretical research on the concept of service design and community health management mode is carried out,the principles,methods and tools of service design are summarized,and the necessary links of community health system are sorted out.Through in-depth conceptual research,we look for service design tools that can solve the dilemma of community health systems.Based on the relevant theoretical research in the previous stage,the attitude of community residents to the community health system under the background of the epidemic was analyzed by quantitative methods,and the survey objects were divided into three attitude groups.Through the service design method,the user portrait model is established,the service blueprint and user experience map are constructed,and the contact points and pain points in the service process are analyzed.Through the above research,according to the needs of users in service contact points,a new community health service system and process for the epidemic background are constructed,and epidemic prevention products such as community intelligent disinfection and distribution robots,intelligent drug vending cabinets and community health software are supported to assist community epidemic management.Finally,the design results are summarized and reflected.The service models and products proposed in this project can provide certain references and reference for the subsequent construction of community health systems.Through the subject research,it provides a reference direction for the exploration of service design in the field of community health system construction,and provides a new solution to public health problems in the future.
