Goal: This paper lays a foundation for the research of surgeries alike, and privides betterclinical treatment for patients through comparing Tissue-selectingTherapy (TST) staplerresection combined with External Hemorrhoids Resection with Milligan-Morgan surgery intreating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, analysing the advantages and disadvantages ofthe two procedures, assessing the value of clinical applications of the TST resectioncombined with external hemorrhoids excision in treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Approaches:Take60patients’cases that meet the criteria, and randomly divided thecases into two groups. Treatment Group (30cases) adopt TST combined with externalhemorrhoids excision, and Comparing Group (30cases) adopt Milligan-Morgan surgery. Allpatients should be subjected to the pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment the daybefore surgeries, and postoperation overall effects. postoperative pain. operative time, hospitalcosts. hospital stays, postoperative urinations, postoperative anal bleeding amounts duringdefecating. satisfactions, postoperative anal calibers. and postoperative anal edemas should beobserved. Patients should be subjected to another pelvic floor surface electromyography in thefirst three months after the surgeries Results:1.Overall effects of the two groups after surgery show no significant difference(P>0.05).2. Patients of the two groups show great differences (P<0.05) in postoperative pain.operative time, hospital costs. hospital stays. postoperative urinations. postoperative analbleeding amounts during defecating, satisfactions, postoperative anal calibers, postoperativeanal edemas, and postoperative pelvic floor surface electromyographies. This indicates thatthe outcomes of Treatment Group are advantageous than the outcomes of the ComparingGroup., and TST combined with external hemorrhoids excision is relatively applicable intreating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Conclusion:Both TST combined with external hemorrhoids excision, andMilligan-Morgan surgery can cure circumferential mixed hemorrhoids, but compared with Milligan-Morgan Surgery; TST combined with external hemorrhoids excision show a great of advantages in terms of postoperative recovery time and postoperative complication.
