Objective:This study aimed to compare tissue subtotaling therapy stapler combine with external hemorrhoids excision to ligation of internal hemorrhoids combine with external hemorrhoids excision for treating the mixed hemorrhoids in the curative effect, the change of anal function, the postoperative complications, and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two operational methods to provide basis for the selection and implementation of the treating of the mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:Select 40 patients met the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into experimental group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases),respectively using tissue subtotaling therapy stapler combine with external hemorrhoids excision and ligation of internal hemorrhoids combine with external hemorrhoids excision.Observe and record the objectivity indicators and the subjectivity indicators which included the situation of the postoperative anal pain, aching duration, the sense of fall-swell in the anus, the scoring scale of copracrasia, postoperative hematochezia, anal stenosis, edema of crissum, uroschesis, the time of wound healing and anal function of the two groups of patients.Statistic and analysis the data of he two groups of patientsResults:1.The effective rate was 100%in the experimental group and the control group at the end of the 3 months, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.In the field of the anal function, the scoring scale of copracrasia and MSP:the two groups all were no significant difference between 3 months after operation compared with that before operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups at 3 months after operation.ASRP:there was no statistical difference between the 3 months after operation and before operation in the experimental group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the 3 months after the operation and the preoperative comparison(P<0.05),3 months after the operation, there were statistical differences between the two groups of anal canal.3.resting pressure, and the experimental group was better than the control group.4.There was no statistical difference in the pain of the two groups on the day of the operation for the postoperative anus pain, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the pain of the first defecation after the operation and the seventh day after the operation. The experimental group is superior to the control group. In the duration of postoperative pain, there were statistical differences between the two groups, and the experimental group was better than the control group.5.In contrast to postoperative perianal edema, bulge, wound healing time and postoperative bleeding aspects of the situation,a significant difference between two groups, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.6.No anal stenosis was found in the two groups after operation, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups after operation.7.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the postoperative urinary retention. Conclusion:tissue subtotaling therapy stapler combine with external hemorrhoids excision in effect, protecting the anal function, postoperative pain, anal edema, tenesmus, hematochezia and wound healing time were better than ligation of internal hemorrhoids combine with external hemorrhoids excision.tissue subtotaling therapy stapler combine with external hemorrhoids excision can protect the anal function at the same time of relieving the symptoms of hemorrhoids, and the postoperative complications are less.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
