External Hemorrhoids Cutting And Stripping The Clinical Study Of The Anal Cushions Reset Fixed Hard-injection Treatment Of Hemorrhoids

Purpose:To search for the best modus operandi to treat the hemorrhoids,which with certain effect,tiny complication and minor lingering effects.Methods:Divided 44 chonic hemorrhoids patients into two group at random,the study groups(22 cases) received the treatment of ligaturing the mucosa upper the hemorrhoids plus cutting of the external hemorrhoids,while the controlled group were given external stripping plus inter ligaturing.Observe the certain effect,the complication and the minor lingering effects,the time of the operation,the time of the healing,the length of Stay of the two group.The relative results were calculated statistically with SPSS11.5 software.Statistical standard was accepted as the"a" value equal 0.05 for double tailed lest.Results:There is no significant different between the two gpoups in the certain effect,the anal disfunction,the blood lost(7～14d),and the time of the operation(p＞0.05),while there is significant different between the two gpoups in the retention of urine,the pain after operation, the anal dropsy,the anal diameter,the time of the healing and the length of stay.Condusion:The ligaturing the mucosa upper the hemorrhoids plus cutting of the external hemorrhoids to treat the hemorrhoids is effective,little tiny complication and minor lingering effects.
