Mucosal Ligation On Hemorrhoids Hard Note Surgery Plus External Hemorrhoids Stripping Treatment Of Ii ~ Iii Degree Hemorrhoids The Clinical Research

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapeutics toⅡ～Ⅲdegree hemorrhoids with mucosa ligation of hemorrhoids above and sclerosing agent injection in addition to cut stripping external hemorrhoids.Methods: To select 62 inpatients who with disease ofⅡ～Ⅲdegree hemorrhoids, The 62 cases of hemorrhoids were allocated randomized to 2 groups, the study group (32cases) and the control group(30cases). The study group received mucosa ligation of hemorrhoids above and sclerosing agent injection in addition to cut stripping external hemorrhoids, and the control group received external dissection and internal ligation procedure. Observing and statistics the two groups with clinical efficacy, postoperative complications and sequelae, surgery time, wound healing time, and other indicators.Results: Score on symptom was lower in the study group and the control group than before the treatment. The treatment effect was similar in the two groups. The study group had significant less voiding dysfunction,postoperative pain and the time of healing than the control group (P<0.05) . There was no difference between the two groups in the volume of blood loss in postoperative, postoperative infection (P>0.05) .Conclusion: mucosa ligation of hemorrhoids above and sclerosing agent injection in addition to cut stripping external hemorrhoids is a more security and active therapeutics toⅡ～Ⅲdegree hemorrhoids. It is simple and practical, less postoperative complications and sequelae, and has the advantage of faster wound healing. after all, it is a good surgery for theⅡ～Ⅲdegree hemorrhoids.
