With the in-depth development of the medical system reform,China has introduced many policies to encourage private capital to enter the field of medical services,and a large number of private hospitals have emerged as The Times require.After more than ten years of development,the competition between private medical market and public hospitals is increasingly fierce.In the final analysis,the competition of hospitals is the competition of medical technology and talents.It is an important task for the managers of private hospitals to select,cultivate,use and motivate talents.To establish an effective talent incentive mechanism and enhance the attractiveness and cohesion of enterprises is one of the goals pursued by many private hospitals.This thesis aims to improve the scientific management level of private hospitals,activate the development vitality of hospitals,enhance the competitiveness of hospitals,solve the incentive problem of doctors,provide solutions for the incentive problem of private hospitals,promote the healthy development of private hospitals,and create greater economic benefits.This thesis introduces the domestic background of private hospitals,the practical significance of the topic,the relevant research situation at home and abroad,and makes clear the research content and research methods.Secondly,the scope of front-line doctors is defined,and the connotation of incentive,material incentive and non-material incentive as well as the five theoretical bases involved in this paper are expounded.Again,through the in-depth visits,questionnaire and interview with professional way,combined with GY private hospital and the situation doctor motivation,application SPSS26.0,adopt factor analysis method,from the differences,a basic description,relevance,reliability and validity of four aspects,such as specific analysis,found that GY civilian battalion hospital doctor incentive satisfaction problems.Finally,in view of the existing problems,from the cause of one by one put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
