Nowadays the healthy service system in the new area of China is confronted reformation,the leader of the country party deliver the strategy of building “health China”,especially put emphasis on the key role of the clinical work staffs,insist on the developing conception of in the center of people in the health service industry's high quality development,ensure the efficiency and quality of the health service,the clinical work staffs especially the doctors in the hospitals play a key role,it is of virtual importance to promote the job satisfaction of the clinical doctors in the country regions of Chinese health service organizations in order to ensure the country's high quality development in the areas of the health service.The clinical staff is the primary human resource of the health service organizations,who play a key role in the process of medical service,the research of the clinical staff working satisfaction is very necessary in the nowadays country's reformation of the health service system.The thesis aims to do some research about the clinical doctors working satisfaction conditions in the country areas of China,find the factors that effect the job satisfaction of this kind working group of people,so that can find the ways to promote the working satisfaction condition of them in this kind of health service organizations.This thesis is specially focus on the doctors that working in the public third class hospital in the country region to do some research for the certain purpose.Firstly,this paper collected the relevant literature on job satisfaction,especially about the clinical staff work satisfaction,through studied and analyzed the related theory find the research basis.Based on this basis,it designed out the survey program,and then carried out survey work,it is mainly about the survey by questionnaires.After the end of the survey,use the software of SPSS to calculated the survey data,processed and analyzed the survey data,and the based on the results of the data analysis to do the deep thinking.Finally,this paper proposes the relevant suggestions to improve the clinical doctors' job satisfaction.
