With the development of medical technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standard,the hospital management concept from surrounding treatment centered to patient centered,further intensify the state regulation for medical services,in the level of 3 armour hospital review,patient satisfaction has been included in the evaluation index.Improve patient satisfaction,which is beneficial to standardize management of the hospital,which is beneficial to enhance the level of hospital services,at the same time to alleviate doctor-patient contradiction,which is conducive to the steady developrment of the hospital.Z hospital in Yunnan province is the national ministry of health review the third rate of tumor specialized subject hospital,Z hospital patients satisfaction with the status quo of Yunnan province and its influence factors have important theoretical significance and practical value.This study through the Z hospital patients satisfaction with the status quo of Yunnan province and its influencing factors in-depth analysis,find out the corresponding opinion and the suggestion,for the hospital management department to improve patient satisfaction and improve the doctor-patient relationship to provide certain theoretical basis.Based on the questionnaire survey and interview method,this study randomly conducted an investigation into the Z hospital in Yunnan province and found the status of patient satisfaction and its influencing factors.The survey was conducted mainly from the patients' basic situation and related aspects of the diagnosis and treatment process,including the age,gender,cultural level,monthly income,payment method and hospitalization experience.Hospital environment,medical staffs technical level,medical staffs service attitude,treatment cost and other aspects.Through the survey found that the hospital ward environment,the medical personnel operating proficiency in communication,medical staff and patients,medical treatment charge list query aspects of patient satisfaction is relatively low,needs to improve and improve.Therefore,in this paper to investigate the problem of the research institute found that specific put forward the following countermeasures and advice:optimize the medical environment,improve the level of medical personnel professional,improve the whole service level,improve the medical staff medical fee charging system.
