Background:In recent years, with the rapid development of new information technology, such as mobile Internet, cloud computing,Internet of things, and other new information technology, especially the wide application of mobile and intelligent medical auxiliary devices,it is bringing unprecedented changes to the healthcare industry. The hospital information system,as a representative of the complex information technology, has also extended and developed to the mobile. At present,China's large and medium sized medical institutions have been built with the basic functions of the hospital information system and medical image archiving and communication system, radiology information system, clinical information system, clinical diagnosis and treatment system, electronic medical records system, and began to move in the direction of extension of the emergence of new forms of mobile APP application, hospital doctor mobile rounds, mobile hospital work platform of hospital information system. The objective, methods, results and conclusions of this study are as follows:Objective:Based on the application of new information technology in the medical industry in China, combining with job characteristic theory such as job demand-control model, analysing the effect process of the use of hospital information system on doctor's job satisfaction which to hope to open up a new field of medical information technology research in China and to provide some experience for the current reform of the medical institution in China. Methods:The survey of 4 third class hospitals in Nanjing recoveries 218 valid questionnaires through sending questionnaires on the scene.Using SPSS19.0 software to preliminary process and analysis of questionnaire data including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis.Besides, making confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis of pre processed data through LISREL8.70 to hypothesis testing. Results:The model is tested by LISREL8.70,and the results shows that all of the T values are more than 1.96,except:(1)H1:Job demand have a negative impact on doctor's job satisfaction;(2)H3:Job control has a very significant negative impact on job demand;(3)H7:Attitude has a negative impact on job demand, other research hypotheses are supported. The fitting effect of the model is also good. Conclusions:The research proves the basic points of TAM:(1)Attitude is determined by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use;(2)Perceived ease of use has a significant positive impact on perceived usefulness. Moreover, attitude has a significant positive impact on job demands and job control.Besides, job demand has a significant positive impact on doctor's job satisfaction.Job control has a very significant positive impact on doctor's job satisfaction. The research also supports the "buffer hypothesis" of work control to work requirements. Therefore, from 4 perspectives of doctors, hospitals, government and system developers, the suggestions for improving the use and construction of the hospital information system are proposed.
