In the 21 st century,health has become the "main theme" of human development and an important part of a comprehensive well-off society.From the perspective of social development,whether people have a strong body and a healthy body and mind is the key to social progress and a prerequisite for people to pursue a better life.At a time when social contradictions are undergoing fundamental changes and the process of urbanization is advancing in an all-round way,the state,in order to improve the happiness of the people and the satisfaction of seeking medical care,and in order to solve a series of problems such as "difficult to see a doctor",it has proposed the "Healthy China" Strategic measures,a series of policy documents have been promulgated and implemented.Moreover,as people’s lives become more prosperous,patients’ requirements for medical treatment have increased significantly.They not only attach importance to diagnosis and treatment effects and good medical experience,but also put forward new requirements for medical culture,medical participation and other aspects.In this situation,patient satisfaction has received more and more attention and has become an important benchmark for measuring the level of medical services.Based on the literature analysis,this article grasps the domestic and foreign medical service quality,the patient satisfaction theory correlation research present situation,applies the questionnaire survey method,issues the questionnaire in Handan DY Hospital inpatient department,and carries on the data acquisition and the data analysis;Reliability and validity tests were used to study the related factors of inpatient satisfaction.Based on the survey of patients’ satisfaction in DY Hospital in Handan,the author puts forward the solution,changes the service concept,takes the patient as the center,strengthens the doctor-patient Communication,develops the humanized service,optimizes the consultation process,enhances the service efficiency;Improve technical level,enhance comprehensive strength;build medical ethics,improve service quality;develop smiling service,improve service attitude;protect patient’s privacy,respect patient’s right to privacy.Therefore,this article puts forward reasonable suggestions for the management of the DY Hospital of Handan City,and provides a realistic basis for improving the quality of medical services in the DY Hospital.
