Global warming and environmental degradation have exerted profound impact on human survival and development.With the convening of the climate conference in Copenhagen,developing low-carbon economy and building a low-carbon society have become global consensus.Studies have shown that the global construction industry and related fields have caused 70%of the greenhouse effect.The whole process,from the production of building materials to the construction,then the use of the building,is the major source of emissions of greenhouse gases.Recently in China,energy consumption of construction accounts for about one-third of the total energy consumption of the whole society,and with the rapid development of urbanization,the ratio will rapidly rise.There is no doubt that the construction industry must accelerate the development of low-carbon mode,reduce energy consumption directly or indirectly,in order to achieve effect of energy saving.The construction enterprises have become the mainstay of the era of low-carbon economy.From the standpoint of economics,the process of the construction enterprises 'achieving low-carbon development is to generate the production of external diseconomies into internal costs,and the process of self-digestion.The focus of this process is to cover the low-carbon management of the producing procedures,and production and business activities in accordance with the laws of nature.So low-carbon development will provoke a revolution of management mode among construction companies.In the context of low-carbon economy,it's crucial to implant the building concepts of environmental protection,ecology,green,low-carbon and harmony.In view of these circumstances,I believe that research on low-carbon construction enterprise management behavior is not only necessary,but also has important theoretical significance and practical value.Therefore,on the basis of previous research work,We make the management behavior of low-carbon construction enterprise project as a starting point,and establish the analytical framework of low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior"driving force(antecedents)-behavior-affect the results(consequences).The specific content of the study and the results are as follows.(1)With the support of the value chain theory,people management theory,we put forward the concept and connotation of low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior,and construct the framework of it.On this basis,rough set attribute is used to filter on many elements of construction enterprise project management of low-carbon behavior,and establish the final evaluation index system of low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior.We use structural equation model to build evaluation model of low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior and explore actual performance of low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior by Amos software.(2)On the basis of the meta-analysis results and related theoretical studies,the main drivers of low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior have been identified.Related theory suggests that behavioral intention is the main direct determinant of the behavior.A structural equation model approach has been used to analyze the mechanism of driven factors'influence on the behavior of low carbon enterprise project management.Empirical analysis shows that influencing factors have a significant impact on low-carbon construction enterprise project management behavior.The two factors of government pressure,market competition pressure will significantly influence the behavior on the maximum.(3)Based on the Balanced Scorecard theory,a preliminary evaluation index system of construction enterprise project performance is built in the context of low-carbon.The dimension structure of the corporate project performance is analyzed in the context of low-carbon economy.Five dimensions of the performance of the enterprise project are put forward:the financial dimension,the environmental dimension,learning dimension,internal process dimension,stakeholder dimension.And the use of structural equation modeling has been used to analyze relationship between the behavior and project performance.And analysis shows that different elements of low-carbon management activities have a significant impact on the different dimensions of the project performance.(4)SD is used to simulate the relationship between low-carbon project management practices and project performance.Simulation results show that among the drivers,government pressure and the pressure of market competition will have a greater impact on the total performance improvement.As for the behavioral elements,such as low-carbon technological innovation,the construction of low-carbon supply chain management,will have greater impact on the total performance improvement.
