As a strategic means for enterprises to improve efficiency,reduce costs and consolidate core competitiveness,business outsourcing has become the focus of increasing attention of enterprises.of enterprises have introduced business outsourcing models and hope to maintain their core competitiveness.However,while enjoying the benefits of outsourcing,enterprises also bear corresponding risks.When outsourcing business,there are many potential risks hidden in their inherent weak links,and these risks directly affect the success or failure of business outsourcing.In recent years,the raging new crown epidemic has brought a huge impact on the aviation industry,and Baiyun Airport has also been greatly affected.Industry analysis In the post-epidemic era,Baiyun Airport,the three major hub airports in China,will surely usher in a period of rapid development.Under this opportunity,the company’s decision-makers proposed to focus on the main business and outsource the non-core business to a professional company for operation and management.Due to the business needs of Baiyun Airport to adopt a 24-hour non-stop operation mode,there is a demand for staff preparation services,and the preparation business came into being.This business is the company’s non-main business.This paper takes Baiyun Airport’s outsourcing project as the research object,sorts out the risk management theory and business outsourcing theory,establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and studies the risk management of the outsourcing business of Baiyun Airport Co.,Ltd.Firstly,from the operation background of Baiyun Airport Co.,Ltd.,the reasons for the formation of the backup business and the implementation process,etc.,the current situation of the backup service outsourcing of Baiyun Airport is introduced from multiple perspectives.Secondly,based on the four stages of the backup service outsourcing process,the questionnaire survey method is adopted Identify and analyze the risk factors in each stage of the outsourcing of the logistics business with the Delphi method,and establish an index system suitable for the risk evaluation of the outsourcing of the logistics business.There are 4 first-level indicators and 13second-level indicators.The analysis method is used to evaluate the business outsourcing risk,and it is concluded that the outsourcing risk level of the outsourcing business is serious,and the risk evaluation result is analyzed;finally,according to the risk evaluation result,the risk control strategy of each stage of the outsourcing business is proposed and the corresponding implementation guarantee is formulated.measure.This paper proposes a business outsourcing risk control strategy for Baiyun Airport Co.,Ltd.’s business outsourcing risk research.On the one hand,it can help the company to effectively avoid the occurrence of inefficiencies and mistakes in the implementation of business outsourcing,and it can also reduce or even avoid many potential risks.When risks occur,timely and effective disposal can be made;on the other hand,it will help to improve the management level of the company’s business outsourcing and promote the healthy and orderly development of business outsourcing.
