The Research On Maintenance Outsourcing Management Of H Thermal Power Limited Liability Company

The higher requirements were proposed for maintenance outsourcing management activities of thermal power plants to solve more and more difficult reform in power system.Therefore,it is significantly necessary to comprehensively improve the outsourcing management level of maintenance business in order to guarantee the safety of people and equipment,ensure the safe and stable production of electric energy,also enhance the economic benefits and market competitiveness.Therefore,it is a critical challenge for management scholars and enterprise managers to explore the maintenance outsourcing management suitable method for thermal power enterprises in China,combing the excellent maintenance management and outsourcing management theory with the practical management of thermal power enterprises.This thesis thus analyzed the outsourcing management problems of the company’s maintenance business based on the research on the status quo of maintenance business outsourcing management of H Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,by literature summary,theoretical research,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistical analysis of data.The main issues are uncompleted outsourcing management system,unstrict controlled qualifications of outsourcing personnel,lack of effective staff education and the outsourcing maintenance project management.Consequently,it is necessary to analyze the exist problems,determine the caused reasons of problems,and propose feasible and effective optimization plans and safeguard measures.According to the above research,this thesis claimed a number of management suggestions to promote the enterprise maintenance business outsourcing management level.This thesis provided theorical decision basis for the current maintenance outsourcing management mode optimization of H thermal power company.Finally,this study summarized a set of more perfect optimization scheme and countermeasures,which provided strong methodology support and experience reference in the maintenance business outsourcing management work for other China Northwest thermal power enterprises.
