Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing competition of modern enterprises and the gradual refinement of social division of labor,more and more enterprises choose to outsource the business areas they are not good at.Among them,IT industry is usually difficult to bring direct benefits to enterprises,and it is more difficult for enterprises to build a strong IT team by their own strength.Based on this background,more and more enterprises choose to outsource IT business to outsourcers.However,due to the nonstandard management of enterprises,the limited technology level of it outsourcers,and the imperfect transaction of IT outsourcing market,various enterprises inevitably encounter some risks in the process of outsourcing.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises to strengthen the management of outsourcing risk and improve the stability of IT system in the process of IT outsourcing projects,so as to optimize business processes and enhance their competitiveness.A kind ofThis paper takes P Company as the research object,introduces the current situation of IT outsourcing project of P Company,analyzes the causes of various risks and problems,and puts forward corresponding solutions.Specifically,this paper first introduces the research background and the importance of IT outsourcing in the development of enterprises.Secondly,this paper defines the concept of IT outsourcing,and further expounds the classification and characteristics of IT outsourcing.Based on the whole life cycle theory,this paper studies the current situation of P company’s outsourcing,and finds that P company is mainly faced with decision-making risk and information security management risk in the planning stage of IT outsourcing project,mainly because the company lacks the security risk awareness of IT outsourcing.In the implementation stage of IT outsourcing project,it mainly faces the supervision risk and the risk brought by the outsourcing company,mainly due to the lack of supervision mechanism and the careless choice of the outsourcing company.In the acceptance stage of IT outsourcing project,it mainly faces supervision and acceptance risks,mainly due to the lack of reasonable acceptance standards.This study proposes solutions to the current risks of P Company.According to the whole life cycle theory,this paper analyzes the whole process of IT project outsourcing one by one,and puts forward feasible solutions.Help P company avoid risks as much as possible in the process of IT outsourcing,improve the effect of IT outsourcing,improve the stability of the overall operation,and then enhance the competitiveness of P company.At the same time,the optimization measures of IT project outsourcing risk management proposed in this paper can also provide some reference for other enterprises in the same industry.
