| Although in recent years the novel coronavirus continued,China’s economic level is rising steadily,urbanization construction is advancing rapidly,the scale of construction projects is gradually becoming larger,requiring more comprehensive project management.Government-funded public construction projects encourage the use of design general contract management mode,but due to its short development time,fierce competition and communication barriers,successful cases are relatively few and difficult to replicate.In this thesis,the social network analysis method is used to study the collaborative management of design general contracting of public construction projects.In response to the call of national policies,the collaborative management of design enterprises can improve efficiency,reduce management risks and save project costs.It expands the theoretical research basis of design general contracting and realizes quantification and visualization.The application scope of social network analysis is extended.First of all,literature identification,questionnaire and expert interview are used to acquire data,which is the basic data of the design general contract cooperative management participation subject model.Building a matrix model and visualization network,analyze quantitatively from whole network and individual network.We have obtained four key participants in collaborative management: the owner,the general design contract management team,the project design principal and the architectural design team.Rationalization suggestions are put forward to focus on the four key subjects in the follow-up prevention and control of pain points.Secondly,literature identification,Delphi expert survey method and focus group interview method are used to obtain the basic data of the pain point model of design general contracting collaborative management.Matrix model and visual network are constructed,and quantitative analysis is conducted from the perspectives of overall network,block network and individual network.The core block model,the core relationship path,and the four core pain points of collaborative management of the project,namely,not timely payment of expenses,insufficient supervision and implementation,insufficient ability to deal with unexpected situations such as design changes,and insufficient personnel strength and experience.Finally,the prevention and control measures of the core pain points of design general contracting collaborative management are proposed.Social network analysis is used to test the effectiveness of control,the overall network analysis index significantly reduced,the control effect is notable.Through two practical cases,the results show that after the core pain points are effectively prevented and controlled,the analysis indicators of social network are significantly reduced.The subjective probability analysis method was used to collect the real feedback of the project team before and after the practice,and the results were favorable.The rationality of core pain point extraction and the effectiveness of prevention and control measures were verified from both theoretical and practical aspects,wh ich proved that this thesis based on social network analysis method has practical significance and practical value for the research results of collaborative management of design general contracting of public construction projects. |
