Under the background of aging,the state has implemented the "9073" pension model,that is,90% home-based pension,7% community pension,and 3% institutional pension.Home-based pension has gradually become the mainstream of future development.Through the investigation of the elderly themselves and their home environment,combined with the user-centered design method,this topic researches user needs,determines the functional framework of home care products,and designs home care products suitable for the elderly under the guidance of TRIZ theory.Provide reference and ideas for the development of home care products in the future.1.User research: Use the literature research method to clearly select topics,study the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,and explore the impact of irreversible factors on home care products.The interview method is used to describe the needs through the self-report of the elderly,and from the designer’s point of view,the observation method is used to follow the elderly in the home environment to make up for the shortcomings of the interview method.The survey results are not comprehensive.Summarize the requirements from each dimension,create personas and build a user journey map,and find design opportunities.2.Product research: Using market research method,conduct competitive product analysis,correspond user needs with product functions,summarize the methods of existing products to solve functional requirements problems,and prepare for later design.The questionnaire survey method was used to obtain the index coefficient of user demand,summarize and summarize the functional design requirements of elderly home care products,and use the data to intuitively reflect the user’s demand weight for each function.3.Use the "conflict resolution method" in the TRIZ principle to guide the design: use the "39 engineering parameters" tool provided by TRIZ to convert practical problems in terms of functions into standard engineering problems,and place the opposite parameters of engineering problems in "TRIZ" In the "Contradiction Matrix",find the recommended "principles of invention",complete the design plan of suitable aging home care products,and verify the design results.Through the research of this thesis,it is hoped that it can provide solutions for the problem of home care for the elderly,reduce the pension pressure of families and society,and arouse the industry’s attention to the safety of the elderly at home,in order to promote the further development of the elderly industry.
