Research On The Interior Space Design Of Rural Nursing Homes In Henan Under The Mode Of Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing Care

With the development of economy and the improvement of medical conditions,the number of rural elderly population shows an increasing trend.Due to the advancement of urbanization,a large number of young people flock to the city to seek a better life,resulting in the decrease of rural labor force,and many elderly people live alone,facing loneliness and helplessness.With the increase of age,the old man’s physical quality also began to decline,the old man’s demand for medical and pension,but rural health care and pension service level is relatively low,pension institutions and medical institutions,rural pension institutions widespread aging degree is not enough,single service function,layout is not reasonable.The mode of combining medical care can promote the coordinated development of rural medical institutions and pension institutions,improve the efficiency of resource utilization,and solve the problems of pension and medical care for the rural elderly.This paper takes the interior space design of rural pension institutions as the research object,and hopes to design the pension space suitable for the rural elderly.In this paper,the concepts of the combination of medical care and nursing care mode and the rural nursing homes are first summarized.Secondly,the physical and psychological needs of the rural elderly were analyzed,and then the current living plight and the needs of the rural elderly were understood in the way of questionnaire survey,and summarized and sorted out.Through case analysis and field investigation of shangshui four nursing homes to extract the existing nine rural pension institutions,finally from the elderly physiological,psychological and rural elderly actual demand,respectively from the rural elderly demand for regional,rural elderly demand for medical treatment,public space,living space,auxiliary space of five angles put forward the corresponding design strategy.Finally,taking Dengcheng Nursing Home as an example,the proposed space design strategies are integrated into the actual design.The plane planning,public space,living space and auxiliary space of Deng Nursing Home are designed in detail,and the concept of combining medical care is deeply integrated to create a nursing home with comfortable environment and complete facilities for the rural elderly.The research significance of this paper lies in the application of the combination of medical care model to rural pension institutions,and the rational use of primary medical institutions to help rural pension.The purpose is to provide a more livable living space for the elderly in rural nursing homes,and to make some reference for exploring the diversified development of rural pension in China.
