According to relevant standards issued by the United Nations,when a population aged 65 and over in a region exceeds 7% of the total population in the region,the region enters an aging society.According to China’s latest 2018 survey of the elderly population,China’s population over 60 years old is about 250 million people,and China’s aging level is 17.9%.Faced with this phenomenon,China’s current family demographic structure is gradually shifting to the "421" mode.Both couples need to support four elderly people and one child at the same time,which leads to the growing pressure on the lives of young people.The economic burden is coming.The heavier the traditional way of providing for the elderly has not been able to adapt to the new social needs,so the development of the day-care pension industry has attracted more and more people’s attention and love.This thesis mainly focuses on the research and discussion of the pension system under the emerging mode of “day care”,and takes the plot of Longcheng Street in Shuncheng District,Fushun City,Liaoning Province as an example for practical application.Through summarizing and analyzing the relevant excellent cases of day-care nursing homes in cities and towns at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages and advanced experience of day-care nursing homes in cities and towns at home and abroad are compiled,which provides a reference for the development direction of urban day-care nursing homes in China.From the perspective of meeting the needs of the elderly for day care,the author will use different research methods to conduct comprehensive and multi-level research on the elderly in the Longcheng Street plot in Shuncheng District,Fushun City,such as “participation in pension,service needs,economic status and The family relationship and other aspects meet the actual needs of the elderly in the plot.As a designer at the beginning of planning the moving lines and structures of indoor spaces,the traffic flow lines used by users in the room should be taken into account,so that they can be easily identified,divided into different functional areas,and carefully grasp each functional space.Relevant design specifications,and in-depth studyand practical application of each functional space,the purpose is to design a "common living room" for the elderly in the plot.
