As an important port facility in waterway transportation,with the continuous development of social economy,wharf engineering has become the capital construction project of our country.Due to the special construction environment,the wharf construction project has certain construction difficulties and risks,and the prominent safety problems have attracted the high attention of the state and relevant social departments.Therefore,it is of great social practical significance to carry out the safety risk assessment of wharf construction,strengthen the prevention countermeasures of safety r isks of wharf construction projects,carry out effective construction safety risk management and avoid accidents in the construction process.This paper takes the wharf reconstruction project of T enterprise as the research object.The project mainly transforms the original multi-purpose Wharf into a chemical raw material loading and unloading wharf,so as to ensure the normal production of the park and improve the loading and unloading efficiency of the existing wharf.Firstly,through the safety risk research in the field of construction,combined with the characteristics of T Enterprise wharf reconstruction project,by consulting the safety risk management literature of construction projects at home and abroad,carefully comparing the applicability of risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control,this paper determines to use the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method to construct the safety risk evaluation model of T Enterprise wharf reconstruction construction.Secondly,through the investigation of the construction site,questionnaire survey,expert consultation and other research methods,this paper analyzes the risk factors of the construction safety of the wharf reconstruction project of T enterprise,uses the Delphi method to identify the risk,and determines that the secondary indicators of the safety risk of the wharf reconstruction construction are five risk factors and their sub risk factors,such as personnel,equipment and materials,environment,management and technology.After the risk indicators are determined,the risk evaluation system is established,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index weight and comprehensive weight,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the cons truction safety risk of T Enterprise wharf reconstruction project.The applicability of the constructed model is tested according to the evaluation results,and the evaluation results are in line with the reality.The construction safety risk of T Enterprise wharf reconstruction project is mainly low and medium risk,which is still in the acceptable range,However,it is necessary to improve and adjust the risk factors related to construction operation.Finally,according to the results of risk evaluation a nd risk control methods,this paper puts forward the construction safety risk prevention strategies and control measures of T Enterprise wharf reconstruction project,so as to effectively ensure the construction safety of the reconstruction project,and provide some reference for the construction safety risk evaluation of similar wharf reconstruction projects in the future.
