With the growing development and prosperity of market construction project, it is difficult to avoid the presence of more risk occuring. Because of the properties of Construction projects’own cycle, large-scale production complexity and one-piece nature, it causes a large number of potential risks in the construction process. In order to effectively reducing and avoiding these threats, ensuring that construction projects going as planed and obtaining the expected social, economic and environmental benefits, it is necessary for effective managing and controlling of construction project risk. Therefore, taking method in project risk management and organizational structure and risk management models to identify, analyze and evaluate risk, and risk control measures, which can achieve the desired benefits of project risk management. Baesd on these, this article is starting to research and analyze.In this paper, according to a lot of information on risk management, careful analysis and study of construction project risk management system. It is the detailed exposition and exploration of every step of the concepts, procedures and methods from the identification, analysis and evaluation, causes of the final risk response measures. According to the shortcomings and inadequacies of the existing identification and analysis methods, taking into account the ambiguity of the concept of uncertainty and risk of construction project information, it is established the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on gray system theory to the evaluation of the risk of investment in construction projects. The response phase, the risk factors and explore measures to deal with a variety of construction projects to invest in risk factors. Finally, the combination of the corresponding instance of the specific construction projects, construction projects and investment risk management systems are put into empirical analysis and verification.The empirical results show that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on gray system theory of the investment risk of the project can make a good quantitative and qualitative analysis which are developed the correct, targeted measures to provide more accurate risk response message for risk decision-makers. In this paper, a specific response measures are also proposed for risk analysis and evaluation of the results. This thesis discusses the methods and techniques of identifying risk. evaluating risk, planning and controlling risk based on a specific process of project construction, carries through a positive study on the methods and skill s of project risk management based on the case study of SY component. Using the principles and methods of project risk management, this article analyzes process of project risk management, systematically summarizes all kinds of methods of identifying risk, analyzing and evaluating risk, raising the steps of preventing risk. There are both theoretical research and positive study in this article. It is a reference for enterprise’s project risk management in future. and helpful to enterprise to have a good work in project risk management. By effective risk management, an enterprise can make sure that any project construction can carry out as planned, can keep the consistency from planning through finishing, and that all three objective-the quality, progress and expenses of a project could be controlled and achieved.
