Exploration On Practical Village Planning Under The Background Of "Multi-plan Integration"

Practical village planning is an important measure to implement the rural revitalization strategy and promote the overall development of urban and rural areas.It can not only improve rural living conditions,guarantee village planning to serve villagers,but also facilitate the intensive use of rural land and improve the utilization rate of land.However,faced with the reform of the spatial planning system of“Multi-plan Integration” in the new era,the current village planning can not guide the construction and development of the village well,and there are common problems such as being divorced from the actual problems of the village,the single planning method and participants,the deficiency of governance mode and the loss of rural space and local style.In view of this,based on the research background of "Multi-plan Integration",this study puts forward the theoretical basis and compilation research path of practical village planning,and makes empirical study in Maji Village,Tongshan District,Xuzhou city,in order to guide the orderly construction and development of village planning in other areas.First of all,this article stars with the relevant basic theories,sorts out the current village planning background,relevant concepts and theory and research progress at home and abroad,summarize the traditional village planning and construction in the planning and implementation difficulties faced by.Based on the changes in the internal and external environment caused by the "Multi-plan Integration",some theoretical researches on village planning in my country are summarized.Focusing on the various elements of practical village planning research and discussion,in order to obtain target orientation,solve the problem of compilation method,promote the important factors to be solved.At the same time,this article uses the method of case analysis to establish three typical cases as the basis of the research,focusing on the excellent experience of these cases in preparation methods and preparation ideas,and proposes "Preliminary work preparation-comprehensive village analysis-development potential Evaluation — village planning preparation — planning implementation management",carried out with this technical route,lays a solid theoretical support for the analysis and exploration of practical village planning,and constructs a corresponding preparation mode.Finally,based on the above theoretical research,conduct an empirical study on Maji Village,Tongshan District,Xuzhou City,make relevant regulations on the development and management of the whole village,put forward the future development goals and positioning of Maji Village,and make practical village planning.Strengthen village characteristic industries according to village characteristics and development orientation,combine village industry development to form implementable development goals,guard the bottom line of Sansheng space to form a rigid and elastic development space,and combine industry positioning to form a village planning plan,and propose planning implementation management corresponding suggestions.Provide reference experience for practical village planning in other areas.
