Research On Village Planning Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With economic development and social progress,more and more villages have been merged or affected by urbanization,resulting in a reduction in the available land area of villages,and even direct annexation by cities.Villages not only carry the production and lives of hundreds of millions of peasants,but also undertake the task of food security in China.Therefore,protecting village settlements from urbanization is the current focus.On the other hand,economic development and social progress have made villagers yearn for a richer and richer life.They hope to have higher quality of life services,which makes the village need to renew itself,so research on village planning has gradually emerged.In the current practice of village planning,there are many problems,including rural problems,planning problems,preparation problems,etc.In order to solve these problems,this article believes that village planning should be fully understood and investigated on site.On the basis,scientific classification is carried out,and then different planning ideas are adopted for different types of villages,and the villages are guided to optimize development according to local conditions,and scientific compilations that are in line with rural reality and have strong practicality are carried out.Based on the above point of view,this study analyzes the relationship between village revitalization and village planning based on consulting existing research literature,and analyzes the relationship between village development and village planning,and then determines that village development can be measured.The division of village types is based on the potential.Then through the discussion on the functions,methods,subjects,and processes of the village planning,the content of the scientific planning of the village planning in the new period is obtained.Based on the above analysis,this study analyzes the village development factors from three aspects: social conditions,economic conditions,and ecological conditions.Using the AVC theory,16 indicators are selected from the three major aspects of social attractiveness,economic attractiveness,and environmental attractiveness to build a village.The comprehensive development level evaluation index system uses the entropy method to calculate the index weights.On the basis of the calculation results,combined with the actual situation of Naoli Town,the main driving factors affecting the development of the village are analyzed,and finally the types of village planning are summarized,and the compilation points of various types of village planning are analyzed.In this study,Zhengxinzhuang Village,Caizhai Village,Gaozhangshi Village and Jianchang Village in Naoli Town were taken as examples for empirical analysis.This study also analyzes the problems in the previous village planning,and proposes solutions to the problems,and gives suggestions on how to ensure the implementation of the village planning.Based on the above research content,the following research conclusions are drawn:1.Village planning Although the scope of the planning area is limited to villages,because the content of the implementation of the plan has different levels at the national,regional and village levels,the planning scale also corresponds to the national scale,regional scale and village scale.2.Rural revitalization and village planning are intrinsically closely related.Village planning is an important means to achieve rural revitalization,and rural revitalization is the ultimate goal of village planning and is also an inevitable requirement.3.The evaluation results of village development potential reflect the foundation of village revitalization and the basic research of village planning.According to the evaluation results of the development potential of 28 villages in Naoli Town,Changyuan City,there are 11 potential villages of Grade I,9 potential villages of Grade II and 8 potential villages of Grade III in the study area.4.According to the village potential evaluation results and related policies and public opinion,the village types are divided into suburban integrated villages,agglomerated and enhanced villages,reserved and renovated villages,characteristic protected villages and relocated villages.Among them,there are 2 integrated villages in the suburbs,including Naoli Village and Longxiang Village;9 clustered and upgraded villages,including Zhengxinzhuang Village,Xiaoxinzhuang Village,Xixinzhuang Village,etc.;1 special protection village,which is Caizhai There are 8 villages for improvement and improvement,including Houwenhu Village,Dongshawo Village,Gaozhangshi Village,etc.;8 relocated villages,including Jianchang Village,Nanyangzhuang Village,Zhoucunkou Village,etc.5.According to the types of villages and according to the requirements of rural revitalization,the corresponding cases were selected for classification planning,making village planning more scientific,more practical and reasonable.
