| As an important part of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational schools have provided a large number of high-quality labor talents for China’s economic and social development.The cultivation of high-quality vocational talents not only requires professional knowledge and skills,but also has the same importance of professional quality.Craftsman spirit,as the core element of professional quality,is an important starting point of ideological and political training in the field of secondary vocational education,and is also the most important soft indicator of the quality of personnel training for machinery majors.It is not only a solid foundation for China’s economic structure transformation and industrial structure upgrading,but also an important guarantee for the individual sustainable development of secondary vocational students.Now,secondary vocational schools in the process of talent training,curriculum design is more or less professional education and political education taught two pieces of the phenomenon of skin,is an important performance of the students’ professional skills and spirit cultivation culture,both with the goal of national construction manufacturing power not in tune,will also lead to students’ professional knowledge and education taught,skills and the spirit of craftsman,thus affecting students’ future career development sustainability.Focusing on this problem,the author studies the integration of machinery specialized courses and craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools by means of literature research,investigation and comparative research,with Marxist theory of all-round development and practical morality of "unity of practice and knowledge" as the guiding ideology.Starting from the connotation of the spirit,this study in mechanical engineering course as the research object,analysis of secondary mechanical engineering course and the present condition of the fusion of spirit,in order to promote the integration of the professional course and the spirit of craftsman offer effective countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to enrich mechanical engineering course and the study of the theory of the fusion of spirit.The thesis consists of the following chapters.The first chapter elaborates the research background of the integration of mechanical courses and craftsman spirit,combs and analyzes the existing relevant research literature at home and abroad,and presents the specific research ideas and methods required by the integration of mechanical courses and craftsman spirit.The second chapter,with the Marxist theory of all-round development of human and the practical morality of "the unity of practice and knowledge" as the guiding ideology,provides a theoretical basis for the study of the integration of machinery specialized curriculum and craftsman spirit.The third chapter,through the investigation method to obtain the practical situation of the integration of mechanical professional courses and craftsman spirit,analyzes the problems existing in the integration of mechanical professional courses and craftsman spirit,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fourth chapter,based on the results of the third chapter research and analysis,starting from the two main bodies of secondary vocational schools and professional teachers,provides effective strategies for the integration of mechanical courses and craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools.In the fifth chapter,a section of mechanical professional courses in secondary vocational schools is taken as a case to integrate the craftsman spirit into learning objectives,learning contents,task implementation and academic evaluation,and to implement the integration of vocational machinery professional courses and craftsman spirit in the way of actual cases.The sixth chapter summarizes the existing research work in this paper,finds and analyzes the deficiencies in the research,and puts forward the improvement direction for the subsequent research on the integration of professional courses and craftsman spirit. |
