Integration Research On The Application Of Craftsman Spirit In Vocational Education Under The Background Of Quality Revolution

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,China’s economic development has also entered a new era,marking the transition of China’s economic growth from high-speed development stage to high-quality stage.The improvement of product quality has become an important factor for the developing countries to improve their international status.Therefore,quality revolution points out a new developmental direction for the transformation and updating of China’s manufacturing.The basis of quality revolution lies in the improvement of the quality of talent training.Under the background of new era,skilled talents with craftsman spirit are needed.As a result,the talent training model of secondary vocational schools needs to be changed accordingly under the direction that secondary vocational schools must carry forward craftsman spirit.To fully exert the function of secondary vocational education and to cultivate skilled people suitable for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,secondary vocational schools must carry out specialty teaching reform practice with creative thinking.Under the background of quality revolution,this article tries to establish a talent training model which is under the guide of concepts of craftsman spirit and machining quality,combining craftsman spirit with the process of cultivating talents,by putting those into the process of cultivating talents,aiming to improve the quality of skilled talents training in secondary vocational schools,which is also where the meaning and value of this article lie.Firstly,this article concludes that the combination of craftsman spirit and talent training plays an important and positive role in quality revolution of China’s manufacturing industry by putting forward the background of quality revolution and the relationship between economic and social development and quality revolution,and analyzing the current situation of craftsman spirit’s research and the talent training.Secondly,from the perspective of quality,this article argues the concept and connotation of quality revolution,craftsman spirit and machining quality,key factors of talent training and basic construction of talent training medal and lays the foundation of the training for mechanical professionals.Thirdly,through in-depth analysis of the problems of enterprise demand,the current situation and safeguard of machining quality,this article further figures out the problems existing in the cultivation of skilled talents,and manifestation of craftsman spirit in secondary vocational education by surveying the recognition and practice that mechanical professionals have to craftsman spirit and safeguard of processing quality.At last,combining the background of quality revolution,this article puts forward the thoughts of integrating craftsmen spirit and talent training from mental and technic perspectives and makes talent training scheme of CNC machining specialty.Taking the course of CNC milling machine integration as an example,this article shows the teaching application practice and puts forward eight measures to guarantee the quality of CNC machining talents training under the background of quality revolution,hoping to provide a meaningful reference for training of mechanical professionals under the quality revolution.
