Research On The Cultivation Of "Craftsman Spirit" Of Mechanical And Electrical Students In Secondary Vocational Schools Oriented To Advanced Manufacturing Industry

Abstract/Summary:
With the prosperous growth of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the advanced manufacturing industry has also ushered in new development opportunities,and the development of advanced manufacturing industry is inseparable from the cultivation of high-quality skilled personnel.Secondary vocational schools,as cradles of craftsmen and growing up of technicians,need to further explore the cultivation of talents with "craftsman spirit" to help the development of advanced manufacturing industry.This study takes the mechanical and electrical students in secondary vocational schools as an example,always focusing on what kind of "craftsmanship spirit" they should have and how to cultivate "craftsmanship spirit".Firstly,by using the literature method,we consulted the relevant literature on the development of advanced manufacturing industry,the cultivation of skilled personnel and the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" at home and abroad,summarized the current situation of the development of advanced manufacturing industry at home and abroad and the research status of the cultivation of "craftsman spirit",and summarized the connotation analysis and cultivation path research of "craftsman spirit" by domestic scholars,finding that scholars’ research on the connotation of "craftsman spirit" is more general,lacking systematic analysis,and all of them are extensive,not specific to specific industries,and few of them are oriented to advanced manufacturing industry;the path of cultivating "craftsman spirit" proposed by scholars is relatively empty and hard to be implemented,lacking of systematic and feasible ways,and lacking of specific curriculum mode research of cultivating "craftsman spirit".Secondly,on the basis of literature research,interviewed several management and technical personnel of several advanced manufacturing-related enterprises,the teachers of the vocational schools lead competitions and the students participating in competitions,and on this basis,two questionnaires have been compiled formechanical and electrical students and teachers in secondary vocational school to investigate their views on the connotation and characteristics of "craftsman spirit" that mechanical and electrical students in secondary vocational school should possess,as well as relevant cultivation strategies and current situation of "craftsman spirit" cultivation.Thirdly,on the basis of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward the connotation and characteristics of "craftsmanship spirit" that the students of mechanical and electrical engineering in secondary vocational school for advanced manufacturing should have,and puts forward the relevant cultivation path.The connotation of "craftsman spirit" for advanced manufacturing industry should be divided into two levels: skill and thought.In terms of skill,it needs to reach a certain degree of proficiency,accuracy and creativity,and be able to meet the requirements of advanced manufacturing industry,equipment and technology.In terms of ideology,it needs to abide by certain principles,have certain attitudes and values,and be able to realize the continuous development of advanced manufacturing to the top.The cultivation path is divided into four levels: state,enterprise,school and individual.In addition aiming at the connotation of "craftsman spirit" and combining with the actual teaching practice,the paper proposes the specific mode of cultivating "craftsman spirit" in the course teaching,including the five training stages of training period,promotion period,reflection period,creation period and cooperation period,and sets different training objectives and implementation paths in each stage.Finally,according to the training mode,taking 3D printing as an example,the teaching design of the new manufacturing course is carried out in different stages,and the teaching objectives of different stages are put forward and corresponding teaching plans are designed.Through the research on the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of mechanical and electrical students in secondary vocational schools,it provides a reference for the secondary vocational schools to cultivate the skilled talents needed for advanced manufacturing,and provides reference for their innovative curriculum teaching mode.
