The Research On The Strategies And Methods Of The Community Transformation Of Industrial Heritage In Taiyuan

As an old industrial city in our country,Taiyuan has gone from the Taiyuan New Pharmacy in the budding period of the late Qing Dynasty to the "First Five-Year Plan" in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Ups and downs.While supporting the rapid development of Taiyuan,Taiyuan’s industry has also deeply affected Taiyuan’s urban form and functional zoning.Long-term industrial activities have left a rich industrial heritage in Taiyuan and continue to write the glorious history of Taiyuan’s industry.Under the influence of industrial construction,Taiyuan’s industrial heritage and residential communities are closely related in space.“Production plant area + industrial residential area” constitutes the basic spatial structure of Taiyuan’s industrial plant area.Therefore,the community transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage is an important part of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage renewal.section.The first two chapters of this article use the methods of literature review and systematic analysis to study the urban background of Taiyuan and the status quo of industrial heritage protection and community renewal from two aspects of industrial heritage and communization,and discuss the concept and value of industrial heritage based on this.It constitutes a community context based on industrial heritage,and comprehensively interprets and analyzes the community transformation of industrial heritage based on the theory of community construction and public participation.Chapter Three is the research on the characteristics of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage and the formation of the community context.Using literature review method and field survey method,sort out the history of industrial development and the formation process of industrial heritage in Taiyuan,and conduct on-site visits and investigations of industrial heritage in Taiyuan,so as to conduct in-depth analysis of the composition,characteristics and value of industrial heritage in Taiyuan,and provide an overview of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage.Interpret the heritage in the community context.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the status quo of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage protection and update needs.This chapter combines the current urban development of Taiyuan and the related policies of industrial heritage protection,combined with the analysis of the characteristics of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage in the previous chapter,analyzes and sorts out the status quo of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage protection,and summarizes the renewal needs and constraints of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage.The fifth chapter is the research on the strategy of community transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage.This chapter first analyzes,classifies and summarizes the current excellent cases related to the community transformation of industrial heritage at home and abroad,combines the community context of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage and the upper planning background,proposes the model selection and implementation path of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage community,and explores The strategy of community transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage.Chapter six is the application and practice of community transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage.This chapter selects the industrial heritage factory area represented by the Taiyuan Fertilizer Plant,the industrial heritage community represented by the Soviet Expert Building of Taiyuan,and the industrial heritage structures represented by the chimneys of the Taiyuan Electric Light Company,combined with the community transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage proposed in the previous chapter.In order to explore the methodological research on the transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage into a community through specific conceptual design and practice.Finally,I hope that the research in this article can provide help and countermeasures for the protection and renewal of the industrial heritage in the hometown,and provide new directions and suggestions for the community transformation of Taiyuan’s industrial heritage.
