| As the largest proportion of logistics costs,transportation is the most important in logistics cost management in order to improve the efficiency of the entire logistics system and achieve the optimal cost of the entire logistics service supply chain.In recent years,with the prosperity of the national economy,China’s vehicle road transport industry has ushered in the rapid development.China has established a relatively complete road vehicle transportation network,and also has established logistics markets in some hub cities and important distribution centers.However,affected by the “Regulations for the Management of Overloaded Transportation Vehicles”,the cost of domestic vehicle logistics has increased,especially affecting the transportation of goods in China’s large-scale equipment manufacturing industry.In order to cope with the market challenges,enterprises are required to strengthen transportation management and reduce logistics costs..As a equipment manufacturing enterprise with "engineering equipment" as its main body,Sany Group has a large amount of logistics expenses every year;Hunan Sany Logistics Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Sany Logistics),as a subsidiary of Sany Group,mainly undertakes the business of supplying logistics,selling logistics,recycling logistics and waste logistics.This paper takes Sany Logistics as the research object,combines the theoretical knowledge acquired during the postgraduate period,builds the theoretical basis of this paper with the relevant research results on logistics management,and uses the basic information of Sany Logistics to conduct in-depth analysis and research.This paper focuses on the optimization of cost reduction management of vehicle transportation,especially on how to build a cost reduction mechanism,to reform the vehicle transportation of Sany Group with the theories of logistics chain management,to discuss the distribution and composition of logistics cost by using systematic method,transform the road transportation of Sany Group through the management idea of supply chain.Putting forward the corresponding improvement plan from the four aspects of planning,carrier management and control,loading plan and cost consciousness,and build a road vehicle vehicle transportation cost reduction optimization mechanism.From the perspective of logistics service supply chain,this paper starts from the planning forecast,to the carrier management,optimization of loading plans,and then to the cultivation of employee cost conciousness,combined with the management of key indicators of enterprises,using system management and process control methods to focus on improving services quality,reduce logistics costs,and enhance the market competitiveness of Sany group.Through these improvements,we hope to achieve the balance between maximum benefit and optimization of logistics cost,and provides some reference for the highway vehicle transportation and cost reduction work of other enterprises in the same industry. |
