Research On The Impact Of Sany Heavy Industry Service On Enterprise Financial Performance

As the core of the real economy,production reflects national productivity and economic development.Although China’s production has achieved significant achievements since reform and opening,there is still some gap between China and the world’s industrial forces in terms of basic technologies,operation and management and profit level.It is urgent to change the traditional production regime."Made in China 2025" and "14th Five Year Plan" issued by China,clearly set out proposals for the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry to service-oriented manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.Driven by policy support and market demand,the number of serviceoriented manufacturing enterprises is gradually increasing.Companies choose different business combinations of products and services,integrate into different links of the value chain in the form of services and realize changes such as resource allocation and profit creation,the economic consequences will also be different.Taking Sany Heavy Industry as a research facility into account,this article examines its development status,service motivation,service transformation path and the impact of the service on its financial performance.First,it analyzes the service concept and how service orientation affects the financial results of enterprises from the perspective of theory.Secondly,it uses the case study method to find the motivation for service-oriented transformation by analyzing strategic and mode changes in the service-oriented development process,and then analyzes the service-oriented transformation path from a value chain perspective.Thirdly,starting from the development process,combined with a service-oriented approach to the value chain,this article makes a horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the company’s financial results,calculates the comprehensive result of financial results in a service-oriented process combined with a factor analysis,provide suggestions for future service-oriented business direction development in accordance with the results of the factor analysis and provide a reference for other companies.Finally,according to the analysis,the conclusion and Perspectives of this article were obtained.The analysis showed that Sany Heavy Industries’ service-oriented development rate is relatively mature and the service-oriented impact on Sany Heavy Industries’ financial performance is positive in the early stages.In the early stages of building a service-oriented centre,the company falls into a service-oriented dilemma,the total score begins to fall,there are signs of improvement near the middle stage of a service-oriented centre,and the service and product integrate strongly into the middle stage and gradually take a dominant position.In the final phase of service-driven,digital empowerment and service-driven development,overall solutions were improved and overall performance began to rise.In conclusion,the service-oriented impact on Sany Heavy Industry Group is not entirely positive,and the service-oriented construction has a negative impact on the company’s financial performance,but the service-oriented development of Sany Heavy Industry does not stop there.Therefore,this document presents some suggestions for the future development of Sany Heavy Industry Service.First of all,we should strengthen the cultural foundation and constantly optimize the cultural construction of the service.Secondly,we should follow the innovation of product technology and improve the participation of customers in R＆D.Finally,we should constantly study the new form of service.
