With the intensive promulgation of various policies, the logistics industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.New technologies such as big data,Internet of Things, cloud computing, and intelligent robots are widely used in the logistics industry, which has promoted the development of the logistics industry, and has also led to more complex and diversified decision-making scenarios in the logistics service supply chain. The application of mobile Internet has accelerated the update of market demand, which has brought further difficulties to the decision-making of logistics service supply chain members. In the face of such a complex situation, decision makers are almost inevitably affected by their own behavior preferences, such as unfair aversion, overconfidence, risk aversion, trust preference, altruistic, and so on.Therefore, this thesis considers the demand updating in the logistics service supply chain, combined with various complex behavior factors, discusses the decision-making of the logistics service supply chain members, gives corresponding conclusions and management suggestions. The specific research content and conclusions are summarized as follows:First, this thesis considers the order allocation model of demand update and unfair aversion behavior of logistics providers, introduces two common option contracts, which are reserve option and option guarantee. This thesis constructs a multi-objective order allocation decision model,to discusse the impact of unfair aversion differences of logistics providers on order allocation decisions in the context of demand updating, and whether option contracts can change this impact. This thesis obtains two important conclusions: On the one hand, compared with none-option contracts, these two option contracts used in this thesis can increase the total performance of the supply chain, and there is an optimal update time,at which point the order allocation result reaches Optimal value and tends to be stable. On the other hand, under certain conditions, both option contracts can reduce the impact of unfair aversion differences on order allocation. In the case of demand decreasing, the reserve option is better, and in the case of demand increasing, the integrator purchases option guarantees from outside is better and has a wider scope of application.Second, this thesis studies the purchasing decision of logistics service supply chain considering overconfidence behavior in the context of port service supply chain and demand updating. We establish the procurement model based on both parties’ overconfidence behavior to explore the impact on the port’s service level and shipping company’s capacity. We use the method based on practical cases, the actual cases of Tianjin Port and COSCO Shipping Company were used to carry out numerical analysis. The research in this thesis finds that the shipping company’s overconfidence behavior will reduce the shipping company’s profits, and the overconfidence behavior of both parties will lead to the increase of port’s profits. The demand updating will not only increase the shipping company’s shipping volume and the port service level of port, but also have a positive effect on the profits of both parties. Moreover, this thesis unexpectedly found that demand updating and overconfidence behavior affect each other.Demand updating magnifies the negative impact of shipping company overconfidence behavior on its own profits, while shipping company’s overconfidence behavior inhibits the positive impact of demand updating on its own profits.Third, this thesis considers the pre-sales sinking situation and uncertain market demand, retailer makes advance selling strategies,risk-averse logistics integrator updates the demand in the spot period,to decide the optimal volumes of pre-distribution for logistics needs. This thesis uses the combination of CVa R model and newsvendor model to solve the modeling problem, discusses the influence of risk aversion and pre-sale strategy on integrator’s decision, and provides the optimal strategy. The research of this thesis finds that the pre-sale strategy can increase the pre-distribution volume of logistics integrators and the utility of logistics integrators. The risk aversion behavior of logistics integrator leads to a decrease in the pre-delivery volume of logistics, but the utility of logistics integrator increases. The pre-sale strategy with high discount and the pre-sale strategy with full return refund can eliminate the influence of uncertain demand risk, thereby reducing the influence of the risk aversion behavior of logistics integrator. This thesis finds that it is beneficial for logistics integrator to cooperate with retailer to adopt combination strategy of pre-sale strategy and partial refund and return strategy.Fourth, this thesis considers the vertical quality difference of logistics service providers and the trust behavior of platform integrator. In the case of information asymmetry, logistics providers choose different service quality commitment strategies(telling the truth or lying). This thesis applies stackelberge game to build the model, and further discusses the influence of trust behavior and information assymetry on the cooperation between the two parties. The research of this thesis finds that when platform integrator cooperates with high-quality logistics providers, information asymmetry will not affect the strategic choices of high-quality logistics providers, and there will always be a win-win situation. While platform integrator cooperates with low-quality logistics providers, information asymmetry and the deceptive behavior of low-quality logistics providers will lead to zero-sum games and ultimately lead to profit conflicts. When the platform integrator has a low degree of trust in the logistics service provider, the platform integrator can adopt blockchain technology. When the platform integrator has a high degree of trust in the logistics service provider,low-quality providers will have deceptive behavior, and the platform integrator can adopt the punishment mechanism.Fifth, this thesis considers the demand update environment and altruism behavior,in which logistics service integrator provides the providers with enabling cooperation and merge cooperation, discusses the impact of altruism and demand updating on the decisions, exploers the optimal degree of integrator’s altruism, and the scope of application of the two cooperation strategies. The research of this thesis finds when the profit distribution ratio of the provider is in the middle, the integrator and the provider cooperate successfully by adopting merge strategy. When the provider’s profit distribution ratio is too high or too low,it will affect the cooperation between the integrator and the provider, resulting in the failure of cooperation. After the demand updating, the cooperation conditions between the integrator and the provider have not changed, but the demand updating affects the scope of cooperation. The integrator have the motivation to share updated demand information with providers only when the degree of demand reduction is small.
