Research On Vehicle Logistics Transportation Network And Transportation Mode Optimization Of BQ Company

How to improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry becomes the top priority of automobile enterprises.In recent years,the cost leadership strategy has been widely used in the manufacturing industry,which has made up for the shortcomings of China's automobile sales industry in implementing the technology leading strategy.Because of the auto industry competition has become the competition between supply chains,so stand in the perspective of supply chain,by studying the optimization of vehicle sales logistics system to achieve the purpose of cost control is of great necessity.At the same time,it is of great significance to improve customer service level and enhance enterprise sustainable development ability.In this paper,by using the theory of supply chain management and marketing theory,at the BQ company vehicle sales logistics cost as the research object,(because the vehicle including passenger cars and commercial vehicles,this paper mainly refers to the passenger cars),based on this topic related literature at home and abroad,the present situation and problems were analyzed,and the qualitative and quantitative model analysis method was adopted,aiming at the existing problem of BQ company vehicle logistics solutions.According to the occurrence of different expenses,the cost of automobile sales enterprises is divided into the cost of the project and the external cost of the project.This paper carries out the cost control analysis of vehicle logistics cost from six aspects: transportation cost,warehousing cost,packaging cost,loading and unloading transportation cost,logistics management cost and logistics information processing cost.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific thinking and strategy of the supply chain management platform for the sales logistics cost control.The model for the construction of automobile logistics network,reduce logistics cost,improve the market competitiveness of enterprises and service level,make the enterprise to develop together,win the market,won the consumer has the very big significance.
