In recent years,the bilateral trade between China and Europe has achieved rapid development,and the frequent trade exchanges have led to a sharp increase in the logistics demand for goods trade,i.e.the demand for China-EU logistics services has been increasing,which has brought new challenges to the supply chain of China-EU logistics services.However,there are many challenges in the supply chain network of logistics services of China-Europe Classical Train.Firstly,the gradual withdrawal of subsidies leads to a weakening of the sustainability of the logistics service supply chain.The current form of subsidies given by the government is based on containers,but this form of subsidies is not economically viable in the long term.Secondly,the distribution of cargo sources in the CEB service supply chain is scattered,and the nationwide collection of goods is still the main operation mode,meanwhile,there are overlapping cargo attraction areas in some routes of CEB.Finally,government subsidies have led to vicious competition among the operating enterprises of the trains,and local governments are working individually,with subsidies varying widely around the country and no unified standard for subsidy policies.This paper firstly proposes the necessity of studying the supply chain of logistics services of China-European Liner using literature reference method,and points out the shortcomings in the current research and the problems of the supply chain of logistics services of China-European Liner,in addition to the network optimization scheme of the supply chain of logistics services of China-European Liner.According to the network structure optimization scheme proposed above,the model and algorithm for final application are determined.Finally,the Euler algorithm is used in the arithmetic analysis to analyze the data and derive the optimal decision-making behavior by taking the actual transportation situation of the liner operating enterprises as an example.The overall profit of the supply chain network of China-Europe logistics service is affected by government subsidies,and the overall profit of the supply chain is different under different forms of subsidies.According to the principle of maximum profit,there is a way to maximize the profit of each train operator and the overall profit of the supply chain.Based on this result,the government can implement different subsidy schemes according to the operation of different trains.According to the analysis of the results,the product-based subsidy is more suitable for the development of the trains in terms of total revenue and total transaction volume,because the total revenue of the CEB logistics service supply chain network is 2-3times higher when the product-based subsidy is applied than the total revenue of the network when it is operated with a fixed subsidy.However,the product-based subsidies require more government subsidies to maintain the network’s normal operation.In addition,the calculation results show that the net profit from the flat-rate subsidy is 5 times higher than that from the product subsidy,so from the point of view of profit maximization,the implementation of the flat-rate subsidy should be supported,even though it generates less transactions,but in today’s decreasing government subsidies,the flat-rate subsidy will help the long-term healthy development of CEBS.
