| According to statistics,the number of cars per capita in the country is growing rapidly.At present,there are 33 cars per 100 households in China.In the process,the consumer market has higher requirements for the speed of model upgrades and customization.In order to solve the traditional bottom-up design method of automotive parts product design efficiency is low,it is difficult to quickly change the design and other pain points,Starting from the design and modeling process of auto parts,based on the research of TOP-DOWN design method based on skeleton model.Based on the structural classification and characteristics of automobile parts,a set of systematic structural design method system of automobile parts is sorted out,so as to provide effective guidance for designers in the product design process,realize the topdown design and rapid variation design of auto parts products,save the design and development time,and reduce the cost of production for enterprises.The research content of this paper has the following four aspects:(1)Analyze the current domestic and foreign research status based on the top-down design technology of the skeleton model from multiple aspects,including various skeleton models and parameterization technologies.The parametric modeling method and the design method based on various skeleton models are studied.(2)The actual demand and structural characteristics of dump truck,tractor hoist shell and bus chassis products based on Creo platform were analyzed,the modeling process was analyzed and sorted out,the design process of products with different structural characteristics was summarized,and the rule method combining different skeleton model and part modeling was proposed.A regular method of combining different skeleton models with part modeling is proposed.It provides a basis for the realization of top-down design and rapid variant design of auto parts in Solidworks.The Solidworks software and its functions are briefly described,and the complicated shape of tubing modeling is taken as an example to study the realization process of the top-down design concept on the Solidworks platform.(3)Classified according to the characteristics of product structure in auto parts research,based on SW platform components such as: fork,plate cover,shaft sleeve,cabinet and complex car assembly’s total into such as: three axis transmission,high pressure oil pipe layout,automobile front axle assembly modeling based on skeleton model is given including the early stage of the product development and 3 d modeling process parameters are calculated based on work.(4)Finally,the finite element analysis of the automobile front axle model based on the TOP-DOWN design method of the skeleton model is carried out through ANSYS Workbench,and the front axle structure was optimized and designed according to the analysis results.Verify the practical significance of the TOP-DOWN design method based on the skeleton model for the production and variant design of auto parts. |
