| With the rapid development of China’s economy,car sales have achieved rapid growth,the number of cars has increased rapidly,and after-sales service has become increasingly important.While auto parts are the basis of after-sales service,sales of parts are also one of the major profit points for after-sales services.However,the sales management level of auto parts is still a major weakness of many companies.In order to maintain a reasonable inventory of parts and in order to achieve the goal of ensuring both lower inventory costs and timely supply of after-sales service parts,scientific and accurate forecasting of auto parts demand is very important.This article is based on the collaborative platform of the automobile industry chain,and takes the scientific and reasonable forecasting model of auto parts demand as the main means to achieve the purpose of improving the inventory control level of auto parts in the industrial chain.This paper first explained the research background and significance,and then analyzed the domestic and foreign situations of auto parts demand forecasting,and briefly explained the research content and organizational structure of this paper.Then,this paper analyzes the problems and features in the current status of parts sales management of CQ alliances on the platform,and proposes functional requirements such as auto parts demand forecasting,procurement plan guidance,auto parts inventory early warning,etc.,specifies the system design goals,and proposes the inventory control system of auto parts by using the forecast of auto parts demand.Then,in order to support the demand forecast of auto parts and inventory control of auto parts,the database was designed in detail,including concept design,logic design and table structure design.Then,according to the characteristics of the auto parts demand,many factors affecting the demand for auto parts are analyzed,and the factors in which the data are relatively easy to obtain are selected.Then the specific forecasting methods such as the linear regression analysis and the echo state networks(ESN),are used to forecast the demand of the auto parts.Finally,this system adopts C# language,based on the development environment of Visual Stdio 2015 and SQL Server 2014.The system also adopts the three-tier architecture of B/S mode,and carries out detailed design and implementation of the inventory control system of auto parts. |
